Love Gruum products especially the advent calendars at Christmas,I normally buy a couple and just open them on christmas day find they last month's,also their customer service is second to none,any problems I have had and only had two ,one was a damaged product which was replaced right away and another was regarding wrong postal address which again was sorted out by a quick email,highly recommend all their products I have tried,face washes,face oils,Bath products,the wonki soap bars are great ,shaving creams hand creams,really can't fault any of them,and the little freebies you get now and then is a nice touch just have to pay postage.

Slight delay in the delivery of some of the items but the staff responded quickly to my concern and they gave nothing but polite and clear communication throughout and resolved the matter very fast. Lovely products. They smell so lovely and feel great on your skin. I also like that there are no harsh chemicals and the diffuser has no nasties too. Shampoo is gorgeous, does not pull on hair and it leaves your hair feeling great. Easy to transport if going away as no spillage, lighter and takes up less space

I am onto my 3rd or 4th order from grüum now and ive been really happy so far. Im at the stage of trying different products but havnt been disappointed in any of them so far. At Christmas I treat myself to the 3 piece jan/feb/march perfumes and loved them. Ive just ordered some different ones. I tried one of the shampoo bars and was blown away. It produces so much more creamy lather than I expected and just 3 or 4 sweeps over my scalp/hair done the job. I have blonde (bleached) shoulder length hair and its so clean after using this, it squeaks! Will be a repeat purchase for sure. Just ordered a conditioner bar to try. Hoping it will be just as good. The orders have always been despatched quickly and as a NHS worker, I often get great Blue Light Deals. Overall, one happy customer and would recommend 👌🏼.

I really love the inner calm pulse point roller, I have it with me during the day and anytime I feel like I need a pick-me-up, some TLC or a calm moment, I use it. I couldn't be without it now!

Gruum understands two things really well. Sustainability and high-quality products that have no chemicals in them. I buy several of their products on repeat. The facewash is divine. The hair density serum works, the cleansing balm is sheer luxury, and I have used several of their serums, all of which are excellent. I almost forgot one of the other essentials - their products are great value!

I love the gruum products, I have recently started using the all purpose cleaners and they are amazing. They clean really well and smell amazing, the scent lasts for ages.
