Great product and specific part for my tub

In the nutshell - that place has it all and beyond. Just wouldn't be able to even think of what could have been done there to make it even better to what it is, as there's nothing missing there whatsoever. Frankly, a German national heritage ... Or at least should be to my mind. Ample, clean, working well, welcoming, inclusive, proper by all means, affordable, with plenty of space to leave the car, and likewise spacious and well scrambled inside. A fantastic place, really. Great atmosphere. Never have they let me down. And been there quite a few times yet. It always just awesome.
I found the place coincidentally while hanging around in Europe once back in time, and once having spoken to a local guy who has recommended this one to me, so I went, with no expectations about what to be found there whatsoever though. Upon the entry, I got just flabbergasted and gasped in disbelief for never would I on Earth be able to find anything like that anywhere across the UK, which is such a shame.
Since then, that is the very landmark to me, and it's where I will always drop the pin whilst in Europe, as it's definitely worth it and every minute spent over there.
I sincerely recommend the place to everyone looking to find a proper sauna resort, with all bits and bobs this terms should conduce alongside. Yeah, H2O do the job and they do it well. Thanks for the fantastic times spent with you there and please, keep it up forevermore as you're doing just great.

Now, to spoil it all, (I'm kidding) but to mix the woow effect with a pinch of salt now, let me list a few, although not significant, spots which I have identified as a possible room left for consideration of potential improvements to me made;
Namely -

1. The opening hours might in my opinion be longer, even 24/7 as should you want to oblige, you'd thus have been the only sauna resort across the entire Germany and perhaps in Europe as well, which would operate on the round the clock basis, which further to that, would have popped you outta and ahead of the competition, whom you'd then have left just standing, which overall, would have made the great to become just perfect then.

2. It might perhaps wanna be considered for more of good music during the infusion sessions, which of course happens to be, but could be more. By this occasion, it would also be great if the music once played, could tend to be in English rather than in German only, as not everyone speaks fluent German. But it's not a problem after all

3. In conjunction with the one implicated above, irrespectively of the staff speaking a good command of English yet, it would frankly be helpful if they possibly could do more, as by my observation, the members of staff at the reception desk struggle with communicating in English, which may sometimes be a bit awkward for making the customer have to break their neck with contortions of them trying to express themselves in German, which by my imagination must look regretful to others who can hear how people like me mutilate the German language, which to both parties will likely render some slight embarrassment as such.

Albeit, regardless of these 3 critical comments, pls don't take it as a moaning or being stroppy, as never was it intended to be that.

The bottom line is as follows - the place is remarkable and little of such can be found in Europe.

Tony and Lee did a great job, they explained everything and helped decide the position of the hot tub using their experience and knowledge that we were lacking, meaning we can far more enjoyment out of it than we would have done.

Tony and Lee were excellent they had the tub in place very quickly and explained the next steps I need to do.

From Start to finish, a fantastic experience, not really knowing what type of tub to buy with the options I was looking, so the Tub matcher tool is great , Molly was very informative from start to finish. Day of the install Lee and Tony ...absolutely top draw very clean and informative of what to do....now its over to me to enjoy.

The Hot Tub guys were friendly, informative, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything we needed to know clearly, answered our questions with patience, and did it all with a smile. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Molly is an asset to H20 Hot Tubs she sorted everything out for us we had to have a crane to lift over the property she sorted that out I can not fault the whole procedure .The after sales part is excellent had a few questions to sort out and Molly sorted and ran it through with me with no problem and nothing was to much trouble. Tony and Lee done an excellent job of the install and put the hot tub exactly where we wanted it all and all I would highly recommend H2O Hot Tubs to anyone and would definitely get my accessories and anything else from them.

Just had a hot tub installed by Tony and Lee, they turned up at 14.30 left at 17.00. run through all of the instructions and operation of the hot tub. Very happy with the install, the guys did good. Thank you very much both. If anyone is after a hot tub I definitely recommend h2o

We have had our hot tub for a few weeks now but we wanted to wait before we posted a review in case we had any problems but we are pleased to say that from initial contact to installation and from regular use it has been fantastic.Dan and Simon installed for us and were so knowledgeable and helpful and generally all round nice guys

Very easy and efficient service with very helpful staff! Tony and Lee were fab and worked really hard to move my new tub into the correct position during delivery. Molly and Katie in the office were also very helpful and answered all of my questions during the buying process and would highly recommend H2O spas! Thanks! Luke

The staff at H2O were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Molly and Katie in the office, and Tony and Lee on site as installers, were all most pleasant to deal with and very competent in their work.
We opted for the Azure model which has 2 loungers and 2 seats, with a 5th “perch”for a smaller person. We had a 32amp supply installed which means the heating and circulating system can both operate at the same time. We also opted for the standard cover without the lifting hinges, which is easy enough to be removed by one person. Great tub - we’re very happy with it, and the service from H2O.

All the staff who have helped us with our purchase have been amazing. No hard sell from the show room, just friendly professional advice. Installed by Aaron and Simon who arrived early, sited the tub exactly as we wanted it, installed and filled the tub then took us throughly through the controls and gave advice on maintaining it. Couldnt ask for a better service

Tony and Lee were very professional when they done the install. Molly made the purchase very easy and kept me informed on everything that was going on would highly recommend H2O hot tubs to any one .We had to hire a crane to install the the hot tub which Molly sorted out for us we are very pleased with everything from start to finish very professional.

Aaron and Simon arrived before the expected time and within minutes had the tub off the truck and in situ. Having had a very long journey from Notts to Devon and back to Somerset they were in very good spirits.
Asked which position suited us best and took trouble ensuring we were happy.
They filled it, explained the workings, loaded up our old tub and left for home.

Totally thrilled with the experience from initial chat with Katie until the installation.

Dan and Simon installed my Hot Tub on Monday. They were very courteous and friendly and explained everything to me about the workings of the tub. Whether I took it in or not is another thing. ( I am a pensioner) 🤣 but am enjoying it very much. Molly and Katie have helped me with accessories and maintenance plans so am very happy. I would highly recommend this company.
