Deceptive coupon codes. I received an offer for 25% off of my entire purchase in exchange for receiving text promotions. When I went to check out, the code redeemed for 5%!!! I went through with the purchase but I won't be shopping from them again.

Clothes are pretty good and fit well. Shipping times are fine, usually about 1-2 weeks from order to my door.

My issues are that there are no bigger models for the clothes. Its hard to tell if something will actually fit when every model is a size extra small.

Also, the sales on the website are kinda dubious. It feels like there's certain items that are always on sale, so therefore youre not allowed to use coupons on those items.

Lastly, all the clothes fabric is 100% synthetic and not recycled.

I placed a significantly large order and because I've been losing weight, everything was too big for me. Halara made it very easy for me to replace the entire order in a smaller size! I love their clothes, and will definitely continue to buy from them. They are good quality and want to keep their customers happy.

I have just completed my first order. When I first approached the website, I gave my phone number, in exchange for a 25% coupon off my first order, worded as "25% off all items". However, during checkout when I typed in the code that came in a text message, the only option was for a 5% discount. Instead of closing out the entire transaction, I placed the order, hoping I will love the products.

I ordered 4 tops that were too big. I requested a return for them and asked for a credit so I could buy a smaller size. I received full credit within a few hours and ordered new tops with no problem. Bonus, I got to keep the tops that were too big!

I have numerous pairs of Halara Pants and jeans and I love them. The denim is especially good. It is soft and stretchy and fit so well.

I was given a code for a 25% discount, or so I thought. The discount was actually based on how much you buy. So bc I only spent $60, I received no discount. I hope the clothing is worth it.

Worst online ordering process ever. Misleading coupons/offers. Customer support is very difficult to use. Based on this, I'm concerned about the product itself.

The customer service is really good, they get back to you in a timely manner. Their clothes are of really good quality and the fit well.

I had bought an outfit for a gift on December 14th. I've read the policies and I had missed the return policy time by one day. I was so upset. I decided to email them to tell them I thought that policy was poor taste before the holidays as most of these things are bought as gifts. They reached back out to me and made it right with me. I was very pleased and thought the customer service was fantastic.

So far I love all the clothes good quality for the price, fit is great I loved everything.!!

I got to spin the wheel, and it said I received $100 off. Then, when I entered the code, it said it was not valid.

I got a coupon that said 25% off all items. But when I went to make my purchase it would only give me 5%. After contacting customer service I found out that the coupon has a minimum purchase requirement. The coupon does not mention anything about a purchase limit infact it mentions 25% off all items. If they were going to give a minimum purchase requirement the coupon should state "up to 25%off all item with minimum purchase" This is clearly a deceitful practice to get people's phone numbers and text them a worthless coupon. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because their customer service got back to me very quickly.

We purchased jeans in small and black pants in small from Halara and was shipped on the 12 December. The pants were too small but jeans fit however the jeans got a pull in them on first wear. We were within the 30 day return window from arrival and was unable to return either. Disappointed the sizing is so off and the jeans got damaged so quickly.

shopping was easy, the return process was easier. I'm a first time buyer from Halara and I absolutley love the leggings. I like that you offer a tall/extra tall selection and a variety of colors and styles. will be purchasing again.
