I am frustrated that I cannot change the billing address to the correct one , since it is being shipped to another address. So the billing address is incorrect and not changeable without changing the shipping address.

Absolutely Horrible, Never again

My original purchase date was mid December. Received 4 of 8 items ordered. Took multiple days to confirm the mistake was on their end. Then offered a gift card amount, which I assumed was the full purchase amount of my items, and I accepted. Now today, I have a chance to reorder my items, only to realise they only refunded $96 of what originally cost me $130 plus tax. I was only able to repurchase 2 of my items and added a 3rd cheaper item, which I paid for out of pocket. Hoping I atleast get what I just ordered but will NEVER purchase from them again.

Beware, you will get charged high tarrifs

Beware - you will pay high UNDISCLOSED tariffs on their clothing because they ship directly from China.

I ordered a $40 pair of jeans from them, and got hit up with a $16 tariff bill from Fedex to deliver the item.

Not Halara's fault entirely (tarrifs are MAGA's fault), but other retailers have managed to incorporate tariff taxes into the price of their clothing without hitting the customer with surprise fees.

QUALITY CLOTHING

I gave 5 stars because I really like the clothing. But the denim has arrived with a chemical odor. First I hung out in the air, then I washed them which helped a lot. The Tees are nice and made well. Despite arriving with an odor the store is still worth 5 stars.

Horrible ordering and support experience

I want to share my frustrating experience trying to use coupons on Halara’s website and dealing with their customer support.

It started when I tried to use a 20% off entire order coupon. When I applied it, my cart total dropped to about $20, and every time I tried to check out, I got an error about taxes and it wouldn’t let me complete my order. Then, that coupon disappeared from my account for a while.

After that, I tried two other coupons. The 12% off coupon worked fine — the subtotal stayed the same and the discount made sense. But when I used a 20% off coupon for specific items, my subtotal actually went up instead of down. That just didn’t make any sense to me because a coupon should never make your total higher.

I first talked to a support agent named Ryan. He told me the subtotal went up because the coupon removed sale prices and switched items back to full price before giving the discount. Honestly, that explanation felt confusing and kind of shady. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, but he refused and then just stopped responding. He offered me a $10 gift card, but I was already trying to use a gift card, so that wasn’t helpful.

Then on December 29th, I started working with another agent, Nicholas. At first, he apologized for the confusion and suggested things like refreshing the page or trying a different device to apply the coupon. I said I’d try the different device since that was the only thing I hadn’t done. But then, on January 1st, he told me the 20% coupon wasn’t actually valid anymore and couldn’t be reissued or replaced. That totally contradicted what he said before, and it was frustrating to get mixed messages like that after several days of back and forth.

Neither of the agents gave me clear answers or fixed the problem. They didn’t escalate my issue or offer a proper solution. I wasted so much time trying to get this sorted, and honestly, it felt like they didn’t really care.

I would not recommend purchasing from Halara. I'm not the first to share this type of review. The only reason I've placed this order is because my bf initially purchased some items for me that didn't fit and we were provided a gift card instead of refund.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Thought I'd get free shipping ordering 2, but guess I was wrong. I will be writing a Great review if it comes in a timely fashion and will my favorite jeans.😊

I tried to access the 25% off as a new customer and it said I had already registered, which I had not--I tried to shop from my phone but couldn't access all of the items easily, so I logged into my computer and I was unable to access the 25% discount.

Pleasant customer service suprise!

I really did not like the fit of the items I ordered on me, and expected to return them in order to receive a refund or exchange for a new option. I requested a gift card, as I absolutely planned to reorder, but in a different style.

The quality of the fabric was great. I can see how they will wash and wear easily.

I was shocked to receive a gift card for credit AND to be told to keep the items to do with as I saw fit. Not only that- they added an additional percentage to my gift card.

I was hesitant to order, but had received the recommendation from a friend, and I'm hoping I like the fit of the new items on me better.

Dealing with customer service was quick and easy also.

They advertise that the items are 3 for $99 but when you check out it was $129. My friends recommended the jeans so I hope they are good. It just feels dishonest. There is no explanation as to why the price goes up. The pants were $33 in my cart but at check out went up to $44
