It's a pity I can't leave a zero..one star seems too much. Dreadful experience all round. Dress made from very inferior fabric, nearly gauzy, feel to pieces after one very gentle hand wash. Returned . Somehow my fault that the address on the parcel was, after ignoring the return for nearly 3 weeks. Then I was accused of not caring for this "sensitive"!!! well enough. I'm 72 and my generation mostly know how to handwash. Not good enough Halo and Hutch!!! Lift your game.

Purchased two dresses. One was ok. The other was such poor quality, completely see through, cheap synthetic material. You could se the pockets through the dress. To wear it, you’d have to wear under garments. I had purchased it for work events. None of this was mentioned anywhere on their advertising of the dress. The photographs were not a true representation of the dress. I contacted them and requested a refund under Australian consumer law, we are entitled to a refund if the item does not fit as described. The formal return email provided bounced. I found another email on the returns section. Darren (the co owner), responded saying the dress was fine, they had no other complaints, and sent me a link to their review page. I responded with additional evidence, videos and photographs. No response. I tried posting a review to their website. It’s not published. Never received a refund or any other correspondence- have taken it up with my bank. I will not repurchase from them ever again. Sad as I like the dress I had purchased a year prior.

Had to give 1 star—would’ve given zero if possible.
I bought a dress back in March specifically for an event in November, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The product was poorly made and definitely not boutique quality as advertised. On top of that, the response from the business was just as poor. Very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend.

Purchased two sweaters of same style online. I would say to be very sure of your purchase if you have not been able to try on, and to add an extra $20 as to the total cost budgeted, as they do not offer free returns or refunds. I had mistakenly assumed they offered the same terms that most online sellars now do in Australia, especially because sizing can be an issues with online purchase when size guides are not accurate. My two sweaters were almost two sizes larger on me than expected from the sizing information provided. I returned at my expense in exchange for smaller (but not best) size. I would have sought a refund as didn't like the poly/cotton mix (super high on the polyester side), but not an option. On the positive side, the colours were as expected,
