The trip was great, our driver was very kind and great to talk with. He grabbed out bags and stopped for a toilet break for my wife. I highly recommend him!

Reassurance when your flights delayed
Becomeing a regular at this taxi service! We were suppose to land at 13.00 at Birmingham airport but started with a delay of 20 min. Informed Dewan who reassured us that it was not a problem he would wait. Then we got to the airport and absolute chaos at passport controle! Informed Dewan and still not a problem. In the end we had a 40 minute delay at passport controle got our bags and called Dewan. We went outside and he was there as quickly as he could. Thank you for waiting and taking us home safe!

Nice and Easy Transaction
I am using the Halo service for the time and I must say how impressed I am with the service provided, no problems booking a car for our needs and the quoted price is very competitive compared with other providers. All in all well pleased with the Halo service and the ease of completing the arrangements.

Best driver we’ve ever had!
We were delighted with our service from Halo Cars. We were particularly pleased with our driver, Khalid Ahmed. He communicated well throughout the process, arrived on time and was concerned with our comfort during the ride. He got us to Heathrow in plenty of time and was kind and courteous!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Our driver Khalid arrived punctually on both legs of our journey from and to Birmingham airport and was most pleasant and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
