I booked the day before my trip for an early morning pickup. The driver was on time, helpful, and courteous. The vehicle was clean and spacious. I will definitely be using Halo again!

Polite professional driver. Comfortable car.

First time with a booking for a drive to the airport. My timings normally mean I can catch a train. The booking process was easy with plenty of contact to make sure I had booked correctly. I needed to make a last minute change for an earlier pickup which was seamless. The driver arrived 10mins earlier than agreed which was perfect for me. The driver was perfect and filled the car with cheerful chit chat as I sat in the front although he had set the car for a more chauffeur experience with me in the back. It is tailored to what ever you are in the mood for. The car was spotless and new. Smooth quick ride straight to the airport. Thanks Halo and WA.

Halo is a terrific company. I flew from the US into London, and needed a taxi to Wolverhampton. There were several last minute changes in my itinerary and each time I contacted Halo, they got back to me lightening fast. They continued regular communication to ensure I knew when and where my ride would arrive, and connected me directly with the driver. They even double-checked with me to ensure my changed itinerary was correct.

In addition, my driver was incredibly skilled on the road and one of the nicest people I met on my stay in England. Riding with him was like traveling with a friend.

I wish more companies would provide the quality of service as does Halo.

Very quickly organised transport for me on the dates and times requested.
The only flaw was it took three emails and a telephone call to actually alert the company to my request. Emails went astray somewhere.

I recently used Halo for a trip back home in Nottingham after an early morning flight arrival at LHR. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews for various companies online before booking at settled on Halo as their reviews seemed positive. Although I was initially apprehensive about using an 'unknown' company, my fears were very quickly settled: communication was fast, friendly and exceptionally efficient. Conformation was sent by email and text and questions were answered very promptly. Before pickup the driver, Gurwinder, contacted me by WhatsApp to confirm details. On arrival at LHR he was in almost constant contact to ensure our 'meet and greet' went smoothly. Our drive home was excellent, the car was very comfortable and the driver was keen to ensure all our needs were met and offered to stop if we needed to. In Short, Halo Cars are highly recommended and I will be using them again for all my airport transfers!

We booked our return trip from Manchester airport to Birmingham NEC to save time. It was an hour each way quicker than the train, for around the same price.
Booking system & contact the company were nice & easy. Our driver Mohammed was great. Lovely friendly guy & a nice car! Everything went smoothly & on time. Would definitely use this company again & would request the same driver. 5 stars!!

Booked Halo to pick up a friend from Heathrow to Staffordshire. Booking was really straightforward on the website, and they followed the instructions (as I was booking for someone else).

The price was similar to most other long-distance car firms. I used their "meet and greet" option (a minor extra of £8) to make things easier for my visitor.

They said the driver was on time (they track the flight), friendly, professional and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely be using Halo if I need a car service again.

The whole experience with Halo was excellent. i was impressed by the attention to detail in the pre-journey preparation and in particular the fact that the order was not accepted until you had a driver assigned.
On the day our driver was Khalid Ahmed who was absolutely first class. He arrived on time, was polite, helpful and friendly and his steady driving made for a very smooth journey. On our return to Gatwick we were met by him as arranged and again had a smooth drive,
I would have no hesitation in recommending Halo and Khalid for any future requirements.

Perfect from start to finish you know you are being looked after by a professional company with great personal and polite drivers would not hesitate to recommend very clean and comfortable cars
