The store in Ayr is amazing! Came in for some currency because they were the best in the high street and they seemed to actually care about where I was going, which you just don't see any more, will definitely be back and be telling others to come here

I visited the store to sell some unwanted gold items. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a big smile by the lady at the front desk , she was welcoming and professional as was the lady working at the desk behind her..they also had a great sense of humour…I will definitely be letting my friends & family know about this store…I was also pleasantly surprised at how much I received for my unwanted bits of gold !!! I came into the Hamilton branch today and was greeted by three lovely professional Ladies!!

It was almost closing time and ALL the ladies went above and beyond to help me out!! They actually stayed behind 30 minutes after closing time to ensure my transaction was completed, which in my opinion is unheard of these days!!

They explained the process very thoroughly and ensured I understood it too!!

Each one of them went out their way to help me as I suffer from a disability and I was immediately offered a seat and some water!!

If you’re thinking of using a pawnbrokers I’d definitely recommend H&T in Hamilton!! I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else!!
