Went into your Grainger Street branch in Newcastle for some US dollars also bought a gents gold bracelet, was served by both Gary & Ian who were both polite , helpful and professional, would definitely use again and recommend.

I called into the Gateshead branch to sell an old ring and silver bangle, also to see if any of the Rolex Milgauss you have available are the z blue dial. I was offered a price for my jewellery and Sarah tried to get the information on the Rolex, she was a pleasure to deal with and I expect a call during the week about the watch. Thank you.

I went and treated myself to a watch which was advertised online a Tag Heuer grand Carrera which I bought and picked up at the store.When I got home I set the time on the watch a couple of hours later I noticed the watch was running way to fast the next day it was 40 minutes fast .I don’t want my money back I want to keep the watch so I took it back to the store but it is taking 12 weeks for them to fix this.This is totally unacceptable this watch should have been checked out before it was put online for sale.As a loyal customer of H&T for over 20 years both buying and selling I am seriously thinking of not dealing with H&T again as I have had a few problems with them in the past I will keep Trust Pilot posted on the end result.

Today I got some gold and visit the Hanley store the staff was impeccable with me and with all customer the lady's who work today was very kind and sweet .
I recommend this store in Hanley if you got any gold to sell or byback .

I would just like to thank Chris and Freya on absolutely fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a credit to your company, we do spend quite a lot of money on watches and every time we have been into the shop we have had excellent and beyond service, even Freya offered us a cup of coffee, nothing is too much trouble for them. was not happy ,that my watch arrived without its box and papers,even though it showed the box in the photos, i should have marked you down at least one star for this,,
but the way the watch looked, made me forget about the box and papers, brilliant again guys,
but remember ,the next time you will lose a star. cheers.
