This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not worthy of ANY stars. Do NOT order with them. Now having to go through lengthy process of taking them to court and having to involve lawyers. Chargeback made through the bank as Happen would not respond to messages. The bank is re investigating the charge back due to Happen sending delivery notices using fake signatures. The bank is re opening the case and has NOT ruled in your favour. The proof of delivery you sent was from the 14th February….two weeks BEFORE I even made the order using a fake signatures. There is a full investigation now. This is fraud!!!

RIP OFF AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

£138 for 1st order of 7.5mg then they increase to £239 for the second!!!!! AND via a Stealth subscription. Absolute RIP OFF. plus their customer service is impossible to get hold of , placed an order 8/8/25 Happen post a message on site account ( but not by email) saying new pictures needed uploading but no way of uploading new pictures.
Save your time and money and use a reputable company.
I've started a chargeback via my bank to get a.refund as.they dont answer support tickets.

Update 15/08/25
You haven't processed a refund , as of today the £138 has still not been refunded.

Dear Joe,
We emailed you on 14/08 to advise that the payment authorisation had been reversed back to your original payment method. To provide further clarity:

When you place an order with us, our system requests authorisation from your bank to reserve the funds. This is not an actual payment — it is simply a “hold” to ensure the funds are available once we have all the information needed to process your order.

If we do not receive the required information within 7 days, the authorisation automatically expires, and your bank releases the hold. As the funds never leave your account, no refund is processed. You can confirm this by checking your banking app or statement, where you’ll see the hold removed once released.

What a frustrating company - AVOID.

What a frustrating company. My orders have consistently been late, and their charges have ramped up considerably. Their response to support requests is woeful and despite having submitted 2 support requests via e-mail I resorted to calling them as I had no response. On calling I got no further and was frustratingly told to send my complaint by e-mail. Oh, the irony of attempting to complain about a lack of response to e-mail…….by e-mail. As a matter of interest I asked the rep on the phone how big Happen was, and was told that ‘I don’t know, I’ve not been here long’. When I asked if it was 2, 20, 200, or 2000 people again I got a ‘don’t know’. So despite the fact that the rep made reference to a number of departments, my thoughts are that this is a kitchen sink operation - it certainly looks that way. My suggestion is AVOID this company.

Terrible service don’t waste your money

Cheaper option out there, don’t waste your money hoping for support or better customer service… first month went well… 2nd delivery took 2 weeks, dpd tried to deliver twice because I was at work.. no choice to change delivery date… told them that I could only have deliveries on a Friday.. dispatch again Tuesday!! Luckily the 3rd delivery was by a different carrier and I could change to a Friday delivery .. so much for keeping it refrigerated.. told them countless times that no one in during week… 3rd month delivery was delivered Thursday, luckily some one was in !!!

Now to the coach, Wadile.. I emailed him as I had remained at 5mg on my 3rd dose and was questioning if this the right decision. My request was to communicate only by email… 3 times I emailed him to ask for a response before shipment happened, you guessed it, absolutely no reply…. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, perhaps Asda customer service is no good, but you are saving yourself over £100 per month… needless to say I have cancelled my subscription

I was a subscriber to the service I was…happen uk

I was a subscriber to the service I was going to be on holiday when my delivery was due so I messaged over a week before to either postpone or bring forward I was not able to do either but the delivery was going to cost me and would have needed to be thrown away immediately. It took over 4 weeks to reinstate my account at which point I gave up hope and went elsewhere but THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED NOTHING AND GOT VERY LITTLE CONTACT UNTILL THEY WANTED MY MONEY I would not use them ever again they are completely and utterly con artists I will be taking this further

The hold that was mentioned never occurred they are absolutely useless and scammed me out of my money DO NOT USE
