Købte er par dyre jagt støvler for et par år siden og de har kun været brugt til jagt omkring 12 gange. Så forleden var jeg på jagt og det havde regnet hele natten og der var våd vegetation på markerne. Så fik jeg våde tæer. Jeg klagede hvor jeg havde købt dem, men da de var over 2 år, så gad harkila ikke engang se på dem, på trods for at de stort set ikke har været brugt.
Core.com skriver at gore-tex holder 3-5 år VED DAGLIG normal brug. Harkila støvler holder ikke engang 100 timer. Det er for ringe for et par støvler til knap 2000! De burde skamme sig. No more Harkila.

Avoid the footwear at all costs.
Bought some Forester 5mm H vent wellingtons and after 2 years they have split and leak, not what I would expect from a top end boot, they are expensive but have the performance of something less than half the value. Avoid their footwear at all costs. I know things dont last forever but when your paying £200 for wellies they should last a bit longer!

Terrible after sales support, jacket falling to pieces
Terrible after sales support, massive issues with expensive jacket and wastecoat, falling to pieces after 2 outings, they charge the prices saying quality, its absolute garbage! Disgusting customer services, its a disgrace. Do yourself a favour purchase elsewhere.

Absolute shocking customer service for…
Absolute shocking customer service for a warranty claim
Boots around 6 months old with hardly any use, have a seam coming undone, I took photos and contacted them to which I was told I have to deal with the shop I purchased from which is pechuer.com who do not even respond. I have been back to Harkila many times and this whole process is the best part of 4 months long!
I just wanted my boots replaced as sometimes things go wrong in manufacturing but the mere fact they have not sorted this and it would seem they do not care shows a real problem.
I have all the proof I need in emails and photos only thing I can do now is let people know about there shocking customer service, and reach out to my bank to get my money back as they are not adhering to there guarantee of a 2-year warranty on £300+ boots...

Bought a Harkila Orton jacket and other Harkila.
Bought a Harkila Orton jacket. Smart, resistant to light shower but just 2 hours in moderate rain and I was pretty damp. My Pro Hunter is better but heavier but still not tops for waterproofing. A stud came off a trouser thigh pocket within months.
In a review of water resistance and breathability I can find no data for Harkila. Why not make comparative data available?
So presentable but not top rank waterproof.
