If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of a company.
I purchased a Shimano reel - faulty - fell apart after 2 weeks. I contacted them and they told me to contact and go through a shop here in Ireland for the Warrenty. ( The shop has nothing to do with this company and couldn't believe they even suggested such bullshit) complete breech of their agreements with suppliers and customer rights.
I purchase lots of fishing gear and always try to support and positively review businesses but not this time unfortunately. Stay clear. Don't buy form here. 0 / 10

To clarify, when you contacted us regarding your Shimano reel, we offered two warranty options to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible. One option was to return the reel directly to us, which we would of course handle fully under warranty. The second option — suggested in line with Shimano’s own guidance — was to go through a local authorised Shimano dealer in Ireland, as this can often be a quicker and more convenient solution for customers.
We understand that this may have caused confusion, and we’re sorry if it came across the wrong way. Our intention was simply to provide you with the fastest possible resolution.
