Just terrible OMG. They should not exist!!!!

What a nightmare. It is July 23, 2026. Never received my dress. Endless emails that are generic-never answering anything I say to them. They couldn't find my address at a condo I have lived at for 26 years. They told me to contact GOFO who needs a tracking order. When I search for the tracking order it says it can't be found. This is so draining of an experience I am about to just let go and am realize I may never see this dress. NEVER buy from them.

I would give them a negative star if they would accept that. The company is disgusting.
Sizing - I wear an XL but ordered a 2X to be sure that the clothes I wanted for my mother's funeral would be loose enough. I could not even get into their 2X.
Quality - The fabric was absolute trash. It was like plastic and the clothing looked nothing like the picture. It was ugly and smelled like the cheap fabric it was.
Easy returns - Not even. I had to pay to return their cheap shoddy clothing to CHINA. They are not in Boston as they advertise. It took weeks to even get a return address. They wanted me to keep their garbage and accept a 40% refund. It cost far more to ship their junk back to them and I have yet to receive a refund.
This company sells absolute junk and has no integrity. Don't waste your time buying from them. I will stick with Northstyle, Coldwater Creek, and Roamans.

The sandals took forever to get here. The shoes looked nothing like photo. Cheaply made,uncomfortable and when I tried to return them I got offered 15% of what I paid. About 6.75 for $40.00 spent.
This company should be shut down and never allowed to sell again.

Sizing is completely off. I ordered my size, arrived probably 2 sizes smaller. Contacted the company, they wanted to send me size up for additional $18. I got the size up still size too small. I contacted them again and they said they apologize but that replacement has been issued and that’s that. So now I am out of pants and out of money. Would not recommend. Lesson learned.

This company is the national " POLYESTER KING" baaaby!!! One fabric for everything!!! POLYESTER!!

Obviously a fraudulent company. Even their “store” photo is a fake- the address is a residence. Tried to make a return for an item that did not fit and was told they would either charge $30-50 return fee or refund 40% of the item. Last time I will buy anything on line without first checking reviews. Save your money and don’t trust this scamming company.

I just recently purchased 4 items on this website. It took about 3 weeks for items to arrive. The stuff that came in was not even close to what was advertised. One piece was missing a size tag which was supposed to be a medium size but in reality it was more like an XL. I suspect that was why they ripped off the tag. All other items were also a terrible fit. I decided to return these items, and that was when it went even worse. The website says "easy returns" but in reality it is almost impossible to return items. First, they kept on telling me that they can issue a store credit or send the "correct" size. Then they said to ship items back it may cost 30-50 dollars per item. The cost of each item was 49 dollars. They did everything they could to prevent me from wanting to return and issue a refund. I will never buy from this company and do not recommend anyone else to. You will be hugely disappointed.

Terrible terrible quality, design, materials, falsely describing orthopedic products. Walmart has better products than what is sold. Red flag when product is held at customs. Really wish I had read all the reviews prior to purchasing. Buyer beware.

+False size, 3 sizes too small . I purchase two 3xl suede jackets. They sent me two completely different sizes. The smaller one was so small I barely got my arms in.
I immediately emailed to return requesting a return label and refund. They responded two days later offering a 10% discount and I should keep the tiny jacket. I immediately responded demanding a full refund and a return label. I'm still waiting for the response.

I wanted so badly to order from this company, but when I did google maps searches on the business office and the shipping warehouse, OMG! There were pictures of two very run down houses! NO WAY! The cute shoes I wanted were available on Amazon, and I specific dress I saw I had purchased on Temu and it was awful. (It may be different here.) Too many red flags!

Appalling. Quality of the product is shamefully bad and when I tried to return it they offered 10% off or 25% off future product. Was not able to return and reported issue to credit card. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND YES IT WILL CATCH UP WITH THEM.

Has anyone received a refund from this despicable website? i was offered 30% back, and am trying to print out their 'return' paperwork....which seems impossible, it's too complicated

Scam! Ordered two items and size was too large; material was sleazy. Contacted company for refund but was advised shipping to China would cost me $40-50 or I could keep the items and revive 15% of the $107.91 cost
I declined options. Subsequent email offered me either 20% refund OR 100% credit toward future purchase.

I don’t want to do business with this company. I want $107.91 refunded.

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this company. Total scam.
1) The pictures of clothing are nothing like what you actually get.
2) What you get are shoddy low quality items that you wouldn't be caught dead in

If I could give this company a zero, I would do that. I should have read the reviews first and my experience with them has taught me that nowadays it is best to do so when ordering from an unfamiliar company. I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes and when they arrived, was amazed at the extremely poor, shoddy quality and fit. Their website states easy returns and full refunds, and I emailed them asking how to return the item. I received a long, detailed response about international shipping fees, customs, lengthy timelines, and more, and that I would incur $50 or more in fees if I returned the item. Then they offered the option of a 15% refund or receiving "replacement" shoes while keeping the original item. I responded that I had no confidence the replacement shoes would be of any better quality or fit, and reminding them of their guarantees about returns and refunds. They wrote back with the same complicated explanation, this time offering a 30% refund as their last offer, as if we were bargaining in the marketplace and still refusing to tell me how to return the item for a full refund. Their website photo and descriptions attempt to look like a U.S. company based in Boston. They clearly are not based in the U.S. at all. That would be fine if they were transparent about who they are. Stay away from this company!!!

Same exact experience and as everyone here! Suckered in by nice presentation, overlooking lack of fabric content & crucially, return policies that are despicable & border on criminal. Alerted credit card company that now has open case against them. Suggest you do same. Don't be stupid twice.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I ordered a dress that turned out to be made of very cheap synthetic material. Their website says "hassle-free returns" and just to email them for the return address (customer is responsible for the return shipping). It took me 4 emails to get the the address - and what they sent was in China! And they advised me that the postage would be more than the refund. This place is a scam. Don't believe the photos of the merchandise.

The quality of the merchandise is abysmal. There is no correlation between the pictures online and the item.
