I wish all brands were on Harper

I wish all brands were on Harper. So streamlined and such a benefit to try multiple items and sizes. They matched the latest sale price on my doorstep and Anita is just a dream!

Harper's Concierge is fantastic

Harper's Concierge is fantastic! Evie helped me choose a Self-Portrait dress with professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness, making the process smooth and stress-free.
The service is extremely flexible: you can try on as many pieces as you want at home, which is perfect for busy schedules or special events. If you don’t keep any, there’s only a small fee, which is waived with a purchase.
Everything is well organized, with clear communication, on-time delivery, and real-time tracking on the day of delivery. You have 40 minutes to try on the pieces privately or with the concierge available for personalized style advice, if desired.
Overall, Harper's Concierge is reliable, professional, and practical, making shopping a pleasant and effortless experience. Highly recommended for anyone who values efficiency and quality service.

Fantastic Customer Service

From start to finish Rochelle was amazing. This is the first time using Harper and it won’t be my last. I was a bit apprehensive when I selected this service initially, as thought it would be a hard upsell but how wrong was I. Genuine feedback was given, on time and fantastic customer service with a smiling face.

Love love love using Harper Concierge

Love love love using Harper Concierge. I often see Rochelle who is so incredibly helpful and gives great advice on fit etc (and is also lovely).

it’s so much nicer to try things on at home so you can see how they work with existing items in your wardrobe.

Highly recommend

I have received a random charge on my card having ordered only once using this service. Returned 1 dress and paid another. Scammers ! Avoid

Scam!!!!

Scam!!!!

I ordered some dresses, kept one and returned the rest. 6 weeks later I receive an email to say they haven’t received the dresses I returned and have taken nearly £500 out of my account without warning!!

Hidden fees they don’t tell you about

Hidden fees they don’t tell you about! Was charged £10 for trying on a piece as well as the return postage by the brand. So there’s absolutely no point using this service as it cost me more than simply buying and returning wold have done!

I would definitely recommend

I used this service to try ME + EM clothing. They use the concierge service, which means that they bring the clothes, you have 40 minutes to try on and anything you don’t want they take away. The service was fantastic, Anita contacted me to let me know when she was on her way and then sent me a link to track her. She arrived well within the allotted hour window. If I had wanted to she would have stayed to offer advice but I didn’t need this. So when I was done, I texted her, she came back and then I paid for anything I wanted. The whole process was very smooth and incredibly convenient. I will definitely do this again, thank you Anita!

I really appreciated being able to…

I really appreciated being able to order a number of items different styles and sizes without having to worry about the initial cost .
It is like having the changing room experience in the comfort of your own home!

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. Enabled me to organise several sizes and styles delivered from Luca Faloni without spending thousands. Meant that we really could have a good look at things in our own home with our mirror/accessories minus the pressure of a shop fitting room - and having to travel into London.

Delivery was speedy. Return was dead easy.

Will definitely use this free service again and again.

Poor

Very poor availability offered to book a delivery slot, offered slots 3/4 weeks after ordering items. Delivery lady turned up on a day where harper told me there was no availability, and then attempted to charge me for a missed appointment. Disorganised and slow . Service used before and it was good but this experience has been inconvenient , rather than convenient. Still don’t have any idea when it will be delivered

Incredibly helpful and fast response…

Incredibly helpful and fast response service that allows me to try on a range of high end clothing in the comfort of my own home without having to purchase the items first. The ladies who deliver the clothes are always on time and super helpful. A time and money-saving service.

5⭐️ all round

This was received really quickly, well packaged and with clear instructions ( we ordered from 2 companies, other no instructions & terrible live chat 🫩)

Amazing light, just what we wanted looks incredible we absolutly love it! Wish we could leave a photo!
100% recommend & will be looking again for any other lighting for out home

Not the hassle free experience I was hoping for

Despite all 3 dresses being delivered on the same day (in separate boxes and at 2 separate times) only one of the items was confirmed as delivered. I had to contact the retailer to update the portal so I could return all 3 items. Used the returns portal to return all 3 items and it generated a QR code for one returns label. Therefore I had to faff around at the post office unboxing and buying new packaging to send all back together. Not the hassle free experience I was hoping for.
