I purchased an outside lantern light which looks really good and made well and was easy to install and you get a warranty with it by emailing your order number off. Will buy from this company/brand again.
Excellent service. Ordered 2 sizes of the same dress. If I hadn’t I would have had to send the smaller size back ( which is my usual size) and wait for the other size to arrive. Perfect service if you need an outfit for an event
Had a great experience. Items arrived on time and those which were sent back got there in the time frame stipulated.

Brilliant service! I’m surprised not many other retailers are using it as it takes the stress out buying multiple sizes trying to figure out your right size for an item. It’s slick, speedy, the communication was great and returns were easy.

This is a great way of buying clothes on line. I am in between sizes so have to order at least 2 items of the same clothing which can be quite costly. Try before you buy is so easy to order from without having to pay the money out initially. Once you’ve taken delivery and made your decision. You just send it back with the label provided in the same packaging. Really simple. Clear step by step instructions.
This is a genius idea! It feels secure and fuss-free, and kinder to everyone’s pocket. I appreciated the regular communication and the easy returns portal that provides an easy to use QR code at the Post Office. I’ll be using this service again.
I used this service to try on 5 dresses from Nobody’s Child . Was faultless. Unfortunately didn’t keep any of the dresses but was great not to have to worry about the money being returned to my bank account. I would use this service again.
Absolute dream of a service - I so hope this is the future of online shopping! It was wonderful to be able to order multiple sizes and styles so I could find the right dress for an upcoming wedding without losing £600 from my bank account for a month or more. Especially helpful as I have a young baby so it's hard to get to the shops and I need quite specific things that are often only available online, e.g. clothes suitable for breastfeeding. I imagine it would also be great for anyone with a disability or living in a remote area, potentially very helpful for improving accessibility.
Was a great service and I like the idea of ordering and not paying up front then having to get a refund. This is a great system and service and far more should take up this option! At least it saves on waiting for a refund after things have gone back! I would definitely recommend !
Excellent service - have been shopping for wedding dresses, which as you can imagine is quite expensive so being able to order the dresses, try them on and return them without being charged for any you don't keep is so helpful. Waiting 7-10 days each order for a refund means it can take weeks between orders whereas with this service I've been able to try on more items. Would absolutely recommend.
Returned all items, a few weeks later they keep trying to take payment for an ‘unreturned item’ when everything was sent back in the same package. Even received an email confirming all items returned to them, which they now claim is ‘automated’. Have been ordering and returning clothes online for years and never had this issue before. Looking at the other reviews I feel like this is evidently an ongoing issue. Customer services are not helpful whatsoever demanding proof of delivery yet confirming all ‘other’ items received back, given it was all sent in the same parcel this makes no sense. Will never use again. EDIT- after a bit of back and forth, Violeta has now resolved the issue and ‘issued the refund’.

Sent a parcel back that was registered on the 28th March, we are now on the 18th April and I have still not received a refund. Harper said the refund got stuck after I chased it up yesterday. Not good enough, now saying it will take 3-5 working days after the Easter weekend. Very poor service.

Try before you buy is a great service. I was able to order the same outfit in different sizes so I could find the perfect fit and send back the ones I didn't need. Fantastic way to shop
Called me an hour before an appointment (that had been made a week in advance) to cancel. Messed up my schedule completely.

When selecting which items you like to buy or deciding what size is best- it's great not having to pay for all the items upfront can try before you buy is a great way to shop. Also, having 5 days to return the items not required gives you time to decide on what to keep/return.
I ordered a bathroom light through B & Q website, it was supplied by Harper Living, communic re my order acknowledgement and delivery was very good. The parcel arrived a day early, well packed. The light is exactly what I ordered, looks fantastic in the bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to order direct from Harper Living.
Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans on the "try before you buy" option. Chose the ones I wanted and using the method requested returned the other pair.
I had notification of Posting and delivery in plenty of time, yet I was Billed for the full order .
I was told while it arrived in time it was forwarded to the Warehouse . As far as I am concerned the package was delivered in plenty of time , yet I am having to try and get a refund. I will not use this option again.

Fantastic service ,having the option to try on any choices you make,to ensure they fit correctly,and also tbat the quality and appearance is what you expected
What an amazing service! I was purchasing items for holiday and an important occasion so it would be huge outlay for me. This service enabled me to get a variety of outfits but not having to pay for them upfront. Return process was extremely easy and swift. I would definitely recommend it, and would like to see more retailers offer this service.
