Great service and experience. Saved me so much time, and received some genuine and very valuable advice from a great stylist.

Great service right to your doorstep. I love that I can choose as many items as I like and try before I buy in the comfort of my own home. However, I have a suggestion to enhance the experience even further. The current 40-minute window feels a bit limited when I want to try on 10 or more pieces. With just 4 minutes allocated for each item, it's challenging to make fully informed decisions, and I often find myself skipping some pieces altogether. Extending this timeframe would allow for a more thorough experience and ensure that I can explore every option.

Amazing service from Harper concierge service to try items at your home and their stylists are really great. Purchased items from them without leaving the house.

I have used Harper service several times and on each occasion found it to be a very pleasant experience. It is super efficient and delivery is discreet. The stylists who deliver the items are polite and willing to advise in an impartial way. The service is more expensive than the mail delivery but is worth it in my view (considering the cost of travel to the shop time and effort the fee is quite reasonable). Only items that are chosen are billed to the card. Super service!

First time using this service and I would highly recommend it! Stylist Toni was lovely and she was super helpful. Only purchase the items you keep, try items on with separates already in your wardrobe, no trips to the post office for returns. I will definitely use this service again.

My first time using this service and I thought it was excellent! Great value for money and so convenient. Carmel was a delight and made the experience even more pleasurable. She informed me they offer a multi brand service which I didn’t know about as I had only used the service for one brand order. I will definitely be using Harper again in the very near future.

I have forgotten the lady’s name but she arrived punctually, was very friendly and professional. I tried on one of two coats that had been selected in an extra small but it was enormous. I told her it was far too big and she agreed, and also said the cut did not suit my shape. How refreshing to have honesty from someone who could otherwise have tried sales talking me into buying it. Well done for brilliant service and thank you for sending me the lovely lady to my home. A real treat!

Brilliant service. So simple to use. The people who deliver the clothes are always so professional and friendly and don’t put you under any pressure to buy the clothes. I love being able to try on lots of clothes without having to pay upfront and just paying for what I want to keep.
