Second time using Harper, this time with ME+EM. It is such a delightful experience.

I had a great experience with Harper concierge Anita today.
The ideal of having all the brands I choose coming to the comfort of my house and be able to try on my own time is absolutely amazing!!

Jane came with some beautiful Rixo dresses. She was so kind and honest. Briiliant service I would use again. Unfortunately the styles didn't suit my body shape which was a real shame. It was a really great experience though.

Carmel visited my house with the clothes I chose. Tried these on in the comfort of my house. Carmel provided great advice.
I would definitely use Harper again. So convenient and easy.

Great service that made you feel special at an affordable price

I kept seeing ‘try before you buy’ on fashion sites but didn’t quite understand what that meant so ignored it! Chinti & Parker offered this service and their site seem to explain what it meant! I just had a fantastic experience with their courier HARPER who came with my items and I took them up to my flat, tried them and decided to keep and paid immediately. Such a pleasure not to have to head to the Post Office as I do not have a printer in my small London flat. I am giving this review because the girl who came and delivered was utterly delightful. She called to give me a precise time and was just so pleasant despite a major traffic incident in Marylebone this morning! I am now a member! Thank you.

Super convenient, the stylist was lovely and I ordered everything I wanted in multiple sizes. Most shops don’t have all the sizes/ options of everything you might want to try and they throw in some wild cards which was fun to try on.

I used the try before you buy service. Absolutely excellent idea. The whole process was brilliant. I could not fault it.
Unfortunately the dress didn’t suit me. But it was so great not to have to wait for a refund. I wound not hesitate to use this again.

Anita, my advisor, provided an excellent service. Not rushed, good style advice and a calm presence making the decision to buy a pleasure.

Fantastic first experience with Harper concierge.
I ordered via Self Portrait, and it was such a seamless way to be able to try on many styles and sizes without having to go to a store or organise lots of returns!
My stylist was really helpful, making recommendations for the event I was going to but also the fit of the garment. Would 100% use again and I only want to shop this way going forward.
