I had a customer who had a problem with a shower enclosure door hinge. I contacted this company having searched online for any company that supplied that brand of enclosure, I have no idea if they initially supplied it. They were extremely helpful, above and beyond. An excellent service!
A replacement part was supplied after I sent a photo of the shower. Unfortunately an end cover was broken in transit but a further replacement was supplied immediately. An excellent service, backed by polite and considerate staff. Brilliant.

Fantastic customer care
Had an issue with a tap recently and contacted the sales team. I wasn’t sure if the product was actually purchased from them or not as installed via a local tradesman.
Could not have been more helpful in dealing with this old D.I.Y er in discussing the issue I had and how to resolve. Even though I had no evidence to support we had even purchased the product from them, Sam arranged a spare part being sent to me free of charge which was greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys the problem is now fixed and have a happy and content wife back with her lovely bathroom without the niggle.

An update to my review.
Harrisons bathrooms have got back to me and they apologised for the faulty shower and are sending a full replacement. Thank you very much for sorting the issue out.
We purchased Scudo Real Cool Thermostatic Rigid Riser Shower Kit with Overhead Rainfall in October 2023 but could only get it fitted between Xmas and New Year. Everything was fine initially but the water flow got less and less over a week, until it was just dripping out.
I sent an email to customer services on the 19th Jan 24, they replied in a timely manner however, rather than say pls return the item, they asked silly questions. It went overly quite so I sent a mail what was happening, they said its gone to their technical manager. What he did after a few more days was say we aren't in a hard water area and said they would send us a part out. That didn't work so now waiting for this to be sorted.
