Really struggling to find the right cartridges for a mixer tap I have in my kitchen, with very little detail and despite not holding it in stock Whitney helped me to get a code for the right size I need.

Required a cartridge for a Scudo shower and contacted Harrison’s bathrooms. I spoke with Whitney regarding obtaining the correct one, very efficient and friendly. Part identified and subsequently ordered. Overall a stress free experience with a positive conclusion. Well done. 👍

Although it turned out of to be out of its guarantee by a long way, Emma and Jess from Harris Bathrooms Customer Services were extremely helpful went beyond the legal responsibility, sourced and supplied the thermostat required at no cost to me. This customer service from Harris Bathrooms gives confidence that any problems will be resolved.

I renovated my flat in 2019 and this included a new Scudo mixer tap and a Scudo concealed shower valve in a newly created shower room. When I contacted Harrison Bathrooms about faults that had developed in both these products, Jess dealt with my queries. She could not have been more helpful and resolved both issues promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
In dealing with any supplier, customer service is very important to me and this was top notch. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Harrison Bathrooms again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very responsive Customer Service team. With the help of photos they eventually tracked down the required shower seals to replace my worn ones and they sent them out by courier f.o.c.
