Easy to join up and could add on what l want for insurance

I rang up a few weeks ago to take out Gold Family membership and to discuss that I would be taking a pony on loan soon. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful giving me the various membership options and just giving me a few thoughts on areas I needed to check with my prospective loan pony. Now I have the pony I have taken out insurance for him and person I spoke to was again very helpful.

I spoke to a very friendly helpful lady on phone. As I am now 75 many insurance firms won’t cover me for 3rd party liability when riding! Life does not stop at 75!! Thank you to Harry Hall for allowing me to continue to ride while I am able.

The process was very easy and straightforward. Options were clearly outlined as were costs. Free shipping on the website for a year and a welcome discount were nice little extras too!

I have just loaned a thoroughbred from the BTRC and they don't recommend veterinary cover, only 3rd party but thoroughbred's being how they are, Harry Hall had the right veterinary cover i required, very helpful and easy to apply for well done them price was very good too
