Apart from the long delivery time which took 14 days, the overall service and product quality is fantastic. When the product didn’t arrive in the stated 3-5 days I was worried and thought it might be a scam but when I sent my query on instagram, instead of the email which is provided, they responded very quickly and efficiently. I also received 20% refund due to the delay so overall happy. Not many companies would do this!

Been ordering personalised hoodies from Haya Clothing for years. They never disappoint. Quality’s always on point and customer service is great. Ignore the negative reviews, I’ve never had an issue. Any small problem was sorted quickly and smoothly!

I ordered a customised hoodie and it exceeded my expectations! The quality is fantastic, soft, warm, and really well made. The personalisation came out exactly as I requested, with clear and vibrant detail.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was quick, and the hoodie was beautifully packaged.
If you want a unique hoodie with a personal touch and outstanding service, I can’t recommend this enough. Perfect for a gift.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely appalling service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an order in May and received no order confirmation, no shipping updates nothing. I had to chase the company via WhatsApp 24 times just to get a response. Most of my messages were ignored, and when I finally did hear back, I was promised a refund on 15th July which, unsurprisingly, never arrived.

After weeks of being ignored and misled, I left a public review. Only then did they respond offering a so-called “goodwill replacement” of any item from their website. I accepted this in good faith, assuming they were finally trying to make things right.

Instead, they followed up with passive-aggressive and manipulative emails, telling me to remove or amend my review before they would send anything out. So not only did they fail to deliver the original item or issue a timely refund, they then tried to use a fake goodwill gesture as leverage to silence my honest feedback.

I refused because after waiting nearly three months, being ignored repeatedly, and still receiving nothing (paid or free), I have no reason to trust anything they say.

What makes it worse is that they’ve now sent another message to say they’ll be publicly replying to my review to “set the record straight” instead of just accepting accountability for their failures. It’s clear they care more about damage control than actual customer service.

This company’s behaviour has been unprofessional, dishonest, and coercive from start to finish. There’s a clear pattern here just read the other 1-star reviews. I will absolutely be taking this to social media, and I urge others to shop elsewhere to avoid the same treatment.

I first ordered a hoodie from Haya Clothing a few years ago as a gift, and recently rediscovered them while shopping for birthdays and Eid. I’ve now purchased five hoodies from them, and I can confidently say the quality is consistently excellent. Even after multiple washes (and not following the care instructions exactly), the hoodies have held up really well—you can tell they use high-quality materials.

My most recent order was slightly delayed due to the team being away for Umrah, which I wasn’t initially aware of. While it did cause a bit of inconvenience, they were very communicative, understood the urgency (as it was a gift), and made a genuine effort to speed things up.

I honestly can’t fault them—the service and products have both been great. I’ll definitely be back for more, whether for myself or as gifts.

5 day shipping turned into still not receiving anything, ordered 8th January, sent multiple email's, no reply. What kind of a Company does that? (A dodgy one). Atleast have the decency to reach out to your buyers if you are experiencing problems or backlogs. Shameful that's not how Muslims do business. Honesty is the best policy, be upfront, transparent.
