International transaction fees and shipping from China
Purchased online thinking it was an Australian business in Sydney that was closing down. My card was charged with international transaction fees even though it was suppose to be in Australia and I was paying in $AU. After almost a week, I now have received tracking from China. Hopefully I will receive my order soon but I am now not confident of the quality of these jumpers. If you are a victim of this scam, you can still contact your bank, report the fraud and get your money back!!!

I don’t usually buy clothes online
I don’t usually buy clothes online, especially from ads, but something about the jumper reminded me of one my grandmother used to wear. There was a kind of warmth to it even just in the photo.
I hesitated, read what little I could find, and in the end, placed the order. It took a while to get here, which made me a bit anxious, but it finally arrived

It is a scam site
It is a scam site. They are presenting as though they are an Australian Business based in Byron that is having a sale because they are going out of business. All their images are stolen from other stores or content creators and they are actually located in China.

We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, and it’s possible you’re confusing us with another store.
Hazel & Ivy was based in Sydney, not Byron Bay. We currently operate solely as an online store with storage facilities, and are proudly run by a small family team. All of our designs are original, and we take great pride in ensuring our product photography and content is genuine and created with care.
Additionally, we were unable to locate any order under your name in our records. If you did place an order with us, could you kindly provide the order number or the email used at checkout so we can investigate further? As a small business, reviews like these can be deeply damaging, especially when there’s no trace of a customer relationship.
