I inherited a car when I was 16 and was recommended lights for this company. 5 years later the lights are still bright and reach very far. Great product!

Quick replacement

We purchased the Low Beam: H11 LED Headlight Conversion Kit, High Beam: LED HeadlightConversion kit and Fog LED Conversion Kit in June of 2021 for my 2011 Chevy Suburban. These lights are an absolute game changer! We live in a rural area so having good quality headlights and fog lights are a must! They making driving in the dark so much safer! We have had them for almost 5 years and they have worked perfectly! One of our bulbs was having a little issue (after 5 years of no issues) we contacted costumers service and they quickly responded to us and offered us a solution and we opted for the upgrade! We are excited to get them installed and be back on the road! Would highly recommend these lights to anyone!

Headlightexperts don't care about their customers at all .
I lost hundreds of dollars doing business with them.
It took them almost 3 months to complete the order and deliver it after I had sold my car.
Honestly this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. In early October 2025, I ordered a headlight kit worth hundreds of dollars. At the end of December 2025 (almost two months later!), I received a message saying that my order is ready for shipping. In the mid of January 2026 (almost a month later!), I received another message from them saying that this time they would definitely ship the order very soon. By that point, I had already found a buyer for my car, and a specific date had been set for delivery of the car. I immediately informed the company representative that I’m selling my car so if I do not receive the order by particular date I will be not needing the kit any longer and asked them if it is a case to cancel my order . However instead of cancelling the order, they managed to ship my order clearly aware that it won’t be on time. Apparently, I received my order almost a week later the car had been sold. So I had to return it at my own expense. In spite of obvious mistake of the company they shamelessly withheld about 20% of the order price before refund. Besides the kit I received was made in China and did not look very promising.

The customer service at headlight experts is exceptional. I’ve use this company to upgrade the lights on my vehicle and couldn’t be happier. When the bulbs went (after 5 years) there was no hassle with the warranty replacements.

I have had these led headlights i both cars for 2 years now. The difference is incredible over other bulbs tried. With moving to a more rural area, the are amazing at night driving with all the wildlife out. Highly recommended.

I have own these LEDs since May of 2023, up till till last week I was quite happy with my LED bulbs from Headlight Experts. I was able to contact them and discussed warranty options. I have agreed to getting a newer upgrade version with a warranty as well. I am very satisfied doing business with Headlight Experts.

I bought a set of headlights and fog lights for my truck about five years ago. The lights have been great! Very bright and perfect for night driving. When one of the fog lights went out I contacted the warranty department and they quickly worked through a full replacement. I would recommend Headlight Experts.

They’re been very helpful in finding the right size to fit my vehicle and their support team is quick to resolve any problems I’ve come across. I’ll be a customer for life!

The headlights are high quality, bright with a clear, wide coverage area. Headlight Experts has great customer service and a lifetime warranty. They're very responsive and always promptly return messages. I highly recommend them!

I purchased the h11LED for my fog lamps on our subaru outback in 2019, they work great and were very easy to install, customer service is great!

Very rude people to deal with. They sell a sealed beam conversion kit H6024 for High/ Low bean headlights. The housing doesn't look like anything original. Original sealed beams have convex lenses. These are flat. When cornered about it they say if the lens was convex it would scatter the light. The original sealed beams are convex and they don't scatter the light. They also say every company in the country that do concourse restorations use their lights. BS nobody doing concours restorations on classic cars would use a light that is not even close to being correct. I asked them to send a return label and was told return shipping is on me. They also charge a 20% restock fee to open a box and put it back on the shelf. These people are crooks! I wish I had read their reviews prior to ordering, I would have never ordered from these crooks! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable business to order from.

March 19th 2026 update My original review was March 17th 2026. I have since put multiple bad reviews about this company everywhere I can find because people need to know! I called them today and told them what I was doing only to be hung up on a couple of times! They then called me and I let voicemail pick it up. I now have a voicemail that is threatening my son and the place of business that he works that they are going to put bad reviews about him by name and call his boss and complain about my son. My son has nothing to do with this. This complaint of poor product and rude people is between myself and Headlight Experts. These people are cowards who hide behind threats against people who are not even involved in my dispute with this company. Beware do not buy anything from this company!
I have done more research on these clowns. They are a drop ship company. They have no inventory or storefront. They have a suite in basically a strip mall of offices. It is no wonder they don't stand behind the garbage they sell, no room to put all the crap they would get back!

Very satisfied with the purchase I made, I had a problem with one of the lights and customer service responded very quickly, and they resolved the problem.

I purchased an LED Conversion Kit for my 2013 FIAT 500 on 11/30/24. I was very pleased with the performance and illumend brillance of my purchase. One bulb failed recently and I contacted the Headlight Experts to make a claim under the Life Time Warranty. I received a reply the same day with two offers, return both units and replace in kind or upgrade with new models under the Warranty Replacement Program for a deep discount and free shipping. I decided to go with the Warranty Replacemenet Program. The service/support team, the products and the programs are all excellent. I whole heartedly recommend the Headlight Experts.

We are overall happy with the headlights that we ordered. We ordered two different sets for our trucks that had very dim non-LED headlights previously.
Customer service is excellent! They got back to us right away and are willing to assist with our needs.

The product I had is good didn’t have any issues with it until it went out. I had mine for almost 4 years straight with no issues. Only reason this is getting a four out of five instead of a five star is the warranty. They did say true to the lifetime warranty, but I do not like how they do it. I have to set my bad headlights in in order to get my new ones. So which means I have to go in an entire week without headlights and cannot drive in the dark. That part really sucks.

Headlight Experts lifetime warranty is awesome! I bought a pair of headlights years ago for my 2004 F150. I also had no idea about the original order number. Contacted them and for less than $50 they’re sending me a new upgraded set. You can’t get any better customer service than that!

I had two separate orders from headlight experts both of them I picked second day air and they just did not even honor the second day air. I had to send one back for an exchange which they sent back 2nd day air after sitting on my order cause they didn’t know if it was a refund or exchange for seven days. but the second one I sent back for a refund and I told them don’t forget about the second day air money they never shipped me secondary air and they told me they were gonna just take that for restocking fee. Yeah, their customer service sucks. most companies I find when they can’t even honor their shipping policies that I paid for. Their product is just as bad. We’ll find out.
