I had two separate orders from headlight experts both of them I picked second day air and they just did not even honor the second day air. I had to send one back for an exchange which they sent back 2nd day air after sitting on my order cause they didn’t know if it was a refund or exchange for seven days. but the second one I sent back for a refund and I told them don’t forget about the second day air money they never shipped me secondary air and they told me they were gonna just take that for restocking fee. Yeah, their customer service sucks. most companies I find when they can’t even honor their shipping policies that I paid for. Their product is just as bad. We’ll find out.

Product and warranty are as advertised. Bright LEDs that are an improvement over halogen bulbs and lifetime warranty.

I use them in everything I own from cars to bikes to marine to snowmobiles!! They provide the best products and stand behind what they sell!

I purchased the H13 Hi/Lo Dual Beam LED Headlight Conversion Kit for my vehicle and they are superb. The whole process was smooth and fast. The installation was easy and the quality of the product is excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys for upgrading your vehicle headlights.

I have had headlight expert LED up grade for 2 years + and I love the performance of these headlights. So I had one go out and I couldn't find my recipe these guys didn't hesitate to find my purchase then offered me a choice to replace them or to upgrade to their newest product, which I took the upgrade.
I don't think you can find a better company to deal with. (FANTASTIC)

I have been using headlight experts conversion kits for both my Honda HRV & Toyota 4Runner since 2020. Not only are they easy to install but they hold their value so well while making your car look 10x better than factory headlights!

I ordered lights and ballasts on Feb 10.It's now March 9 2026 and still havent received anything.They sent an email 2 weeks ago and said parts were getting shipped and UPS hasnt even received package.I own 7 cars and planned on doing all of them with new lights.not now im goin elsewhere.

I called just to ask a question and was very polite, and they hung up on me 3 times. Wow, I'm so surprised their business seems so unhappy. Hope everything is ok with the workers over there. Why even work if you're not excited about customers and your business?

Honestly I've been running their headlights since 2019 and I absolutely love them definitely recommend to those wanting to switch from halogen to LED Bulbs

The LED conversion that I installed in my car is such an improvement over the factory halogen lights.
And when I had a warranty issue with one light it was handled and resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I have had their products on my last two trucks and have always been very satisfied with the performance and high quality. On the rare occasion I had an issue, they were very punctual and accommodating!

Got my bulbs for my car back in 2019, the started to go out around 2023. Although I wish they would last a little longer they’re pretty good. Beginning of this year they started to go out again which seems like they got about a 3-4 year life span (for my car at least) while it’s short, I’ve never once had an issue with customer support and I usually get a response within the day.

I replaced the stock Halogen lights on my 1981 TA with an LED kit from Headlight Experts a 4 years ago. They look completely stock, plugged right into the stock harness, and are way way brighter than the Halogens. They are a huge improvement saftey-wise. Almost a must have to compete with oncoming modern car’s lights at night. 40,000+ mi. With no problems. Definitely recommend.
