The 2 devices - geemarc - AMPLICALL110 and AMPLICALL150 - enabled me to set up an extension bell for my digital home phone. (My broadband provider could not identify a method for me to do this).

A mains lead had been provided for the 110

Order was delivered quickly but sadly it was too big and I returned it for a full refund. Refund was received within a few days.

Excellent service.
I ordered a bed fleece for my husband. He has a newish mattress and a cloud topper but after surgery needs something to help with the pressure. Since we received the product he has slept much better.
The whole process of ordering was easy and I did have a question about VAT, which we were able to claim back. Delivery was spot on.

The product is very good but I do have…
The product is very good but I do have a bit of a grumble. It does everything advertised, although I find it a problem fitting into my neck because it is so sfiff. My problem is in the crook of my neck and into my shoulder, and i just can't get the product to lie in the curve.

Really impressed that the website had the exact insoles recommended by the podiatrist for my daughter in the size that we needed. Ordering was easy, the postage was free and it came really quickly. Would highly recommend.

Returning items especially heavier ones…
Returning items especially heavier ones a faff and expense as the customer pays postage. Advert said beach brolly was portable - only to a strong man of around 6 ft. You really could not carry it from a car to a beach easily.

When you contacted us to advise that you wished to return the item, we promptly provided the necessary returns authorisation and instructions. As the product was being returned as unsuitable, the cost of returning it was the customer's responsibility in accordance with our returns policy.
