Really impressed that the website had the exact insoles recommended by the podiatrist for my daughter in the size that we needed. Ordering was easy, the postage was free and it came really quickly. Would highly recommend.

Returning items especially heavier ones a faff and expense as the customer pays postage. Advert said beach brolly was portable - only to a strong man of around 6 ft. You really could not carry it from a car to a beach easily.

When you contacted us to advise that you wished to return the item, we promptly provided the necessary returns authorisation and instructions. As the product was being returned as unsuitable, the cost of returning it was the customer's responsibility in accordance with our returns policy.
We appreciate that the size and weight of an item can make arranging a return more inconvenient and costly. Once your return was received by our Returns Team, it was processed promptly and your order was refunded in full.
We are sorry that you found the beach umbrella less portable than you had expected and appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.
