When ordering something like this how long it takes to come is important you said delivery would be 4 days it was a few days longer really that's not good enough

Was a little hesitant using a new company for my protein but it came as promised within a couple of days with no issues. Decent price too!

What I ordered arrived in good time and very well packed. What more could you ask for.

Ordered 7th June to be delivered 2-4 days. 2 weeks later no dispatch notice or goods delivered. Email to the company, Niamh responded - very sorry, short staffed order will be with you in 2 days - same response as many others have had. 4 days later, no delivery, sent another email, no reply. Now reported through PayPal
This company, that says they stock over 10000 items, is run from a residential apartment.
I do not believe that any of the “5 star” reviews are from genuine customers…….

So it’s now 13th July & following this review the company contacted me saying the goods I ordered weighed over 15kg & their courier only goes up to 15kg so they would need to use another courier. They offered me a discount if I still wanted the goods. They also asked if there was anything they could do for me to change my review. I replied that I would like a refund which, unsurprisingly, I have not received. I have now escalated the issue with PayPal

This was my first order from Healthclick and I have been extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end. Ordering was clear and very easy to follow, and a safely packaged parcel arrived in double-quick time. Overall a great experience, thank you.

I have ordered a few packages of bread on the 9th June. After complaining on here that I didn 't get any updates on the delivery date, they convinced me that this was due to staff shortages and that they will do everything to get to me what I had ordered. I thought it is best to give them another chance and deleted my negative comments on Trustpilot. Yet again however I didn't get a reply to my email sent 4 days ago. I will now try and get my money back and forget about this rather negative experience.

After an initial hiccup where my order seemed stuck with no communication, Niamh of Customer Services contacted me to explain staff shortages. She kindly asked me whether I still wanted the order, I did, so she sent it by 24hr courier and offered me a discount for my inconvenience. It arrived badly battered by the courier but had been so well packed by Healthclick that not even the jars were broken.
I am impressed that Niamh and Healthclick went to so much trouble to rectify the problem. The sign of a good company is not their mistakes but how they deal with those problems to the full satisfaction of the customer, as Niamh did. I am now a happy customer and will be back as they have excellent choices and prices.
My only suggestion is that order updates are necessary if there are delays.

PayPal does not work on Healthclick's website.
While you are waiting on it to work (which was days for me), the items in your basket can and will go off offer i.e. price will increase if there's a change on the website despite you adding them and trying to purchase at the lower price.
I tried contacting Healthclick about this; no response.

I have used Total Sweet xylitol as a sugar substitute for years and Health Click always has the lowest price. It always arrives well packaged too!

I stumbled upon this company whilst looking for vegan fettuccine noodles. Very difficult noodles to get hold of and expensive in other shops but saw that Health Click stocked them and at a reasonable price so decided to go ahead and order them.

I then needed brown rice milk and saw that Health Click stocked them cheaper than other retailers. Always nice to get a bargain!
