Do not use this company !! Spent £ 65 which they have basically STOLEN from me . Emails say they are experiencing difficulties ……We all are !!

They accepted an order on 13th August and have not delivered it -3rd September today. After making contact a few times with no response, a helpful staff member called Jack emailed me to let me know that they are experiencing some difficulties at present and he arranged a refund for me.

Had an email after submitting my order to ask if I was happy to wait a few days until my item came back into stock..to which I agreed.
After several weeks with no responses to my enquiries, I sourced the goods elsewhere and have requested a refund 3 times from Health Click...No response back at all. Shocking customer service and I'm left seriously out of pocket.

Fast and efficient service. I get my green tea here which was only available at a certain health store which was always hit and miss. Now they don’t stock anymore. Found them here and I have not been disappointed once.

I originally gave this a one star review due to them taking my money and not delivering the goods, weeks later and after several emails I have managed to get a refund, they got Trustpilot to delete my original review even though it was an honest true to fact experience of the company. I have added one more star as they did refund my money but I would never use again and would definately not recommend!

I ordered Ibuprofen at about 1:15 am and recieved it about an hour later. I will use this service again and recommend it to others

Healthclick accepted my orderon on their website (value £75) and banked the money immediately. The product was not delivered. I followed up and received one email from the company saying they would chase it up. Since then, despite several emails from me in the intervening two months, there has been no response from Healthclick and the money has not been refunded. I have found communication with them virtually impossible. I believe them to be a dishonest company and would advise prospective purchasers of their offerings to tread with extreme caution.

Well packaged goods, prompt delivery, easy site. The goods I ordered were exactly what I wanted No problems with Health Click, would recommend them.

Ordered 3 jars of proper nutty peanut butter, order placed 30th July,on arrival 2 jars were out of date,sent comments to health click no personal reply or apology or offer of refund just standard acknowledgement Email.

Bought two tins of ‘Nowt but nuts’ peanut butter from Healthclick. Tasty peanut butter, good price, prompt delivery. Will buy again.

I was very disappointed to receive my order today, 6 days after I had ordered it as delivery time was 2-3 days.

I did not order a 90ml jar of Mexican Wild Yam. I ordered a 100ml pump container.

If this is the quality of your service I will not be ordering from you again and I will advise my friends to order from another company.

The order was easy to process.
Unfortunately this company use Evri to deliver the parcels. They let the company down. Lies and late delivery. When I highlighted this , apparently it’s my problem as they don’t have a problem with them. Bye. I vote with my feet. Would not recommend unless they sort out the courier company. Complete disregard for the customer.

I ordered shampoo on the 13th July which was supposed to be shipped in 2-4 days. It still hasn’t arrived and I have had no replies to numerous emails I have sent requesting information on delivery or a refund. I left a review on their website & they immediately replied to say they would look into it, but still no response!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will be taking the matter further. Avoid this Company!

Ordered some multivitamins and some omega 3 from vegums. Thought they were a mixed Berry flavour but they are all orange.
Arrived on time, no problems with ordering or delivering.
