Easy to access a professional for advice before actually making an unnecessary trip to the hospital. Also the doctor listened to my symptoms and gave me good advice. I would definitely use this service again, especially when trying to get a GPS appointment is so difficult

I was in pain and needed to consult a GP. I submitted an online request and got an appointment really quickly. Initially I felt frustrated because the consultant was troubleshooting as though the cause of my problem was completely unknown rather than focusing on a specific concern where I had history. I quickly provided additional information and context. Despite this the GP was polite and pleasant. I left feeling reassured with the advice and guidance given on how to manage the symptoms I was experiencing.

GP referred me to specialist care who Identified a brain bleed. Would have been easy to walk away and prescribe painkillers. Treated successfully and I should make a full recovery ❤️

Brilliant service and saved me needing to go to A&E when I couldn’t get an emergency dental appointment when all I needed was antibiotics to treat a burst mouth abscess. Saved me hours of time and saved me adding pressure to a busy A&E system. I highly recommend HealthHero.

Great service with very polite
Great service with very polite, respectful and helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars but a technical glitch meant my appointment did not show on the list for the Dr to call. I had to make four calls to finally get it sorted. Once sorted, the doctor I spoke with was wonderful and understanding. She made sure I understood everything she told me and asked me if I had any questions regarding the process and the prescribed medication

Recommended A&E for swimmers ear
Great for ease of access as part of Benenden health services but the GP I got wanted me to go to A&E for swimmers ear. Absolutely ridiculous waste of resources. Waste of my time. Called 111 and they're going to sort me out instead.
However, 111 and the local GP were just as useless. Why would you burden A&E/Urgent Treatment Centre with someone who has swimmers ear. The system is broken.

Easy to book, quick and convenient when my GP could not offer an appointment for over 72hrs. A very useful service within my private health package. Will definitely use this service again.

Brilliant service - recommended
I was frustrated at having to wait 3 weeks to see my GP so tried this out. I was able to book a same day appointment via the Vitality app and it worked brilliantly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind and the prescription she wrote me arrived the next day. Brilliant service.
