I was frustrated at having to wait 3 weeks to see my GP so tried this out. I was able to book a same day appointment via the Vitality app and it worked brilliantly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind and the prescription she wrote me arrived the next day. Brilliant service.

Great service from these people, thoroughly recommended.

It was first time calling the gp line and I have to say I was a bit skeptical but I am so glad I did call them. The whole call from booking an appointment to speaking to a gp was great. They are very helpful. I got appointment within hours and gp was very professional, listened and gave me advice. I was able to get a prescription sent to me via email on the day. Overall I will be using the service again in the future.

Excellent service. GP caring and professional more than can be said for the GP surgery. The time delay with making an appointment and the actual appointment was very good. First time I have used the service but I will certainly use it again. You have to pay for a private prescription but if you’re desperate, it’s worth it as the code for the pharmacy came through immediately.

The doctor I spoke to was really patient, I didn't feel rushed and he really listened to all my concerns regarding a new medication.
I didn't feel dismissed I felt like he really took the time to give me all the facts and explain everything I didn't understand so I could make my own informed decision. I felt really reassured after the call. Thank you

As a regular Bluecrest user ( last 6 years of annual checks and blood tests) I decided to use consultation facility as there were some amber alerts in my results which worried me. As a result of a 10 minute talk on with a doctor phone I am able to move on to see my GP forearmed with the information that the NHS had not highlighted in the basic blood tests recently. I feel great reassurance for my health as I get older ( now 69) using Bluecrest.

I was quite ill the week before the August Bank holiday weekend. On the Tuesday when I got through to my doctors , their answerphone told me they were only taking emergency calls.
As a Benenden Health member I was able to get a phone consultation through their 24/7 Doctor helpline and a prescription for necessary antibiotics. I am now recovering.

Being able to discuss your issues with a Doctor and given a quick answer within a couple of hours is such a relief. Normally you're lucky to get an appointment with my own GP within 2 weeks, so having this service is absolutely amazing.

DONT work for this place, they promoted a bully, horrible to people with disabilities or MH issues, not a nice company to work for the turnover is crazy

NHS GP services simply are not as available or as reliable as they used to be. Health Hero has provided me access to a doctor within hours for video or phone calls to provide high level care and support with prescriptions and referrals. This is an excellent service

Their customer service is excellent, helpful. The GP was very good, and they gave me a referral with no charge. I'm through MediCash with Health Hero and I got an appointment on the same day aswell as a referral letter with no additional charge. I would recommend definitely.

I felt the doctor was very helpful, she listened patiently to me when I explained my symptoms, I was very pleased with this service, and will not hesitate to use it again.

I easily arranged a GP appointment at a time that suited me perfectly through my Vitality Health policy. The service was attentive and I received appropriate care. I highly recommend it; it’s much easier than requesting a NHS GP appointment.

Simple to book, called when expected and was very helpful! Although they couldn't directly help with that I called for, that more my fault as I had never used the service before and didn't know the limitations. However, the Dr was very polite and professional and took the time to give me advice.

My consultation with Dr Dep was brilliant and he was most reassuring about my concerns about possible DVT, in the calf of my leg whilst on holiday in Canada. Thus having assured me that it was not DVT and was most lkely tendinitis, which I could manage quite easily by gentle movement and ibuprofen to deaden the pain, I felt able to continue my holiday and fly back home to England without any serious concerns or possible complications regarding my health. Dr Dep was wonderful, very caring, and was a good listener, giving a diagnosis that was most re-assuring and spot on. I have since returned home without any problems and my leg is slowly recovering as he anticipated. I am therefore most grateful for the consultation and diagnosis received.

The service was fantastic. I was away on holiday and was able to speak to a doctor the same day I felt unwell.

I would thoroughly recommend this service.
The booking process was straightforward and getting an appointment was infinitely easier than filling in an econsult.
The GP was absolutely fantastic! Listened to what I said, asked further questions, answered any of my questions and explained things clearly offering helpful advice and further researching test results from my GP, enabling her to prescribe the correct antibiotic for my condition.
She was professional yet approachable and you felt an instant rapport, which made explanations of symptoms less stressful. An amazing GP and overall an excellent service…Well done Health Heroes team.

Dr Idowu was absolutely excellent. He listened very carefully, understood my concerns and made what could have been an uncomfortable conversation feel completely straightforward and easy to discuss.

What impressed me most was that I genuinely felt listened to and taken seriously. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very reassuring, and explained everything clearly without rushing me.

I came away from the consultation feeling that I had finally been properly heard and helped. I would happily consult Dr Idowu again and would highly recommend him.
