I had an excellent experience with the online GP booking and consultation service. The appointment was easy to arrange, and the GP listened carefully to all my concerns with genuine patience, understanding and professionalism. They provided helpful advice and sent their recommendations directly to my own GP surgery.
Although it is a shame that the service is somewhat limited in the actions it can take, I still felt an enormous sense of relief knowing that someone had truly listened to my health concerns and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. It was reassuring to finally feel heard and supported. I would highly recommend this service.

Great service. Booked an appointment for the following day. Clinician was very thorough and prescription issued immediately and collected from a local pharmacy. Highly recommend to anyone who can’t get a doctor’s appointment via there GP.

I had a really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience booking and attending a GP health check through Vitality recently. Booking was straightforward. I called and had an appointment sorted quickly, without the usual back-and-forth or long wait times you sometimes get trying to see a doctor.
The doctor himself was excellent. He was thorough, took the time to properly listen to what I had to say, and explained everything clearly without rushing me. He came across as genuinely knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the check-up. It's rare to feel like a doctor is giving you their full attention, but that's exactly how this appointment felt.
Overall a really smooth, professional experience from booking through to the consultation itself. Would definitely recommend.

Really easy to make an appointment. Got one the very next day. I was contacted at the time specified after receiving reminders and confirmation of this also. The doctor was professional, friendly and, most importantly, took the time to listen properly to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly, including the options available to me and what would happen next.
It was reassuring to feel that I was being listened to and taken seriously. A genuinely excellent experience and a very convenient way of accessing healthcare when you need it. I would happily use HealthHero again.

I used by Benenden cover to book a GP Appointment for my son (11)
I used by Benenden cover to book a GP appointment for my 11 year old son, my son did not want to travel and wait at our surgery who had no appointments left that day and the pharmacy had not been helpful.
We saw a GP within a couple of hours and had a prescription for antibiotics promptly.
I have already recommended the service to colleagues.
