I used by Benenden cover to book a GP appointment for my 11 year old son, my son did not want to travel and wait at our surgery who had no appointments left that day and the pharmacy had not been helpful.
We saw a GP within a couple of hours and had a prescription for antibiotics promptly.
I have already recommended the service to colleagues.

I could not get an appointment with my GP until the 3 September which was far to long as I needed advice that day. I phoned on Monday morning and received an appointment at 2.30 in the afternoon. The GP was brilliant. Answered all my questions and gave me advice. A fabulous service. Highly recommend.

The customer care person answered almost immediately and was extremely helpful and courteous, and then the doctor that I spoke to was the same. I was in a bad way and this was a reassuring and helpful experience. Definitely five stars all around.

The GP service is really helpful and a blessing specifically in times when my normal GP has no appointments available to see me when I need. Plus the online doctor can give you prescription, referral letter which are all added bonus

I got an appointment the next day booking late one evening.
The Dr (Handal) was helpful and friendly and although ultimately I has to go back to my GP for tests I felt reassured by the consultation and the advice he gave me.

Came to the rescue when I was away from home and my GP and 111 weren’t helpful at all.

Great service. No delay to the appointment unlike visiting the Dr, and the process was so efficient with a code for a prescription that can be used at any pharmacy. I was shocked in a good way at how good this service was.
