Great service
Great service. No delay to the appointment unlike visiting the Dr, and the process was so efficient with a code for a prescription that can be used at any pharmacy. I was shocked in a good way at how good this service was.

The GP practitioner was very attentive and explained all the details of my condition clearly. She was supportive and even double-checked that I understood what was going on. I received my prescription, and the medication has helped. I feel relieved and very grateful.

Easy, quick, and effective
Appointment was easy to book and convenient for me, less than 24 hours from booking to having been seen, just booked through the app from a list of available appointments. GP was great, calm, listened carefully and didn't talk over me. I didn't feel rushed, I feel the appointment was thorough but not overwhelming and prescription arrived the next day and has worked great.
Definitely recommend and would happily use the service again in the future

Easy booking
Easy booking. I didn’t find it helpful in all honesty. Just advised me to see NHS GP. No appointment for 2 weeks. Was not willing to prescribe medication which I fit the criteria for.
