It was to easy to contact them and book appointment especially when you are in rush and your GP doesn’t have any appointments available. The consultation was also quick he listened to me too carefully didn’t rush and helped me with the best solution. I recommend this to everyone.

Useless service provider
No benefit received from the consultation/use of this app, the consultant declined to provide the support I needed including referral to a specialist and advised me to reach out to NHS GP which I'd not expected another GP would say something like that. Further, the GPs are not immediately available, you'd have to wait at least another day, even then you'd be lucky if you manage to find a slot of your wish.
I've used virtual GPs before from another provider, those were much better.

Sometimes, it is not appropriate for our clinicians to make a referral directly to specialist because patients may need to be examined or have some base-line investigations (for example a blood test or a scan) before a referral can be made, and as remote GPs you'll appreciate we are not able to do these things. The decision to refer for a specialist opinion is based on the individual clinician’s assessment at the time of the consultation and this will be in line with clinical best practice and current clinical guidelines, but we understand your frustration. We appreciate you raising this and will take your comments on board as we continue to review and improve the service
Benenden were so professional
Benenden were so professional, appointments were booked within a very short space of time and I was contacted for both appointments at exactly the time given. As I received a course of physio from Benenden, my own NHS GP has now authorised imaging which will help the physio plan the best course of action. Both services working together- just excellent!!

The GP and receptionist are very friendly compared to my local GP in Bolton. Booking an appointment is very quick and easy and you can get seen ASAP if needed which is perfect if you need an urgent review and can’t get at your local GP. I will definitely be using your service again for any further appointments.

A holistic approach
The GP was knowledgeable, carefully listened and came up with a sensible plan. They assessed the whole picture , not just the symptoms I presented with. It was also easy to book an appointment and I was seen within 24 hours.

The doctor I spoke to did a really good job! I had my cataract operation six weeks ago, but unfortunately I am still unable to see properly.
I have spoken to the doctor, who gave me some helpful information. She advised me that I should go back to the doctor who performed my cataract operation so that my eyes can be checked.
She also mentioned that it appears I may have a cataract or clouding behind the new lens. I would therefore like to have my eyes examined to find out why my vision has not improved.

This whole process was quick and easy
This whole process was quick and easy. I realised i didn't get in early enough to book an appt with my gp so this service was perfect. I had a telephone consultation by end of the day and the problem was sorted with a prescription.

Private GP
GP listened to me, was patient, and I didn't feel rushed. Answered all my questions and concerns. Nice to be able to talk freely and not feel like your being rushed.
