Booking the appointmnet via the app is very convinient when you work and sometimes we can not leave work to see the GP or unable to get a GP appoiintment on a timely manner. I felt the doctor took the time to ask the necessary questions and the recomemndations they made were as expected. Highly recommend this service.

My name is Andrea and after struggling with absolutely everything that has been thrown at me for the last 3 years, i decided to apply for this service. What great reviews but I don’t believe them!
I don’t have call screening get regular cold calls from companies trying to sell me stuff but apparently this company couldn’t get through to me - really!
I’m going to cancel my policy to a company that is able to use a phone!

Not happy with there psychiatrist the rest of the assement went completely smoothly spoke to lovely lady but the psychiatrist was very low rated and all she did was work me up and make my health worse to the point I punched a whole in the wall even with solid nhs information given would not accept my offer and expect a full refund not just a 250 pounds or I will speak to ur head office and u will be sacked 36 years old not a child

The doctor's advice was extremely helpful in helping me deal with the problem, and I was listened to carefully and every question was answered with professionalism and a good attitude towards me.

Friendly and efficient. The whole process from the intial call, GP telephone appointment booking , the consultation and follow up email from the GP was excellent.

I would totally recommend the Benenden 24 Hour GP service. When I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP for four days and the symptoms I was experiencing or worsening, I had a phone call within 20 minutes.
The course Centre staff were thoughtful and personable and listened in a compassionate way.
The appointment was very quick with 20 minutes.
The consultant was professional knowledgeable and both listen to My input and responded to it in a way that was more than appropriate. They also thoroughly discussed in detail and explained diagnosis and treatment Options.
I went away with a prescription that made a significant difference and on both occasions that I’ve recently used this, it meant that I was able to continue with my life in ways that would not have happened if I’ve waited for my local GP.
So, thank you Benenden for saving my trip to see Metallica with my best mate and my recent walking holiday with my wife!
