Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.

Delivery
My delivery was on time, the only reason I have not given 5* is because I ordered a 5lt sharps box and only received a 3.5 lt one! Otherwise brilliant service as always.

I’m perfectly satisfied…,but
I’m perfectly satisfied with the delivery but as I am disabled would like more time to answer the door. I almost missed the delivery as it takes me longer to answer the door. I was just in time to call out to the driver before he drove away.

Not a good experience
Should have been delivered one day but came the next day. The tracking delivery is way out said there were 13 before me and it came 20 minutes later. Told by the courier the older generation (me) struggled with the internet!! As I don’t I was disgusted

Mario was brilliant. He was friendly and engaged with easily with my partner and I, creating a relaxed environment. His instructions were very clear. He was calm, thorough and knowledgeable, answering any questions with confidence and ease. The virtual call was both informative and pleasureable.
