I have never had poor service from Hearing For Wales and they have always been flexible when they could not carry out a proper ear cleaning due to myself not remembering to put enough olive oil in both ears. They have been very thoughtful in not charging me twice and have been very helpful in allowing me to book another appointment. I would happily recommend Hearing Wales to anyone.

I was so impressed by the excellent customer care I received at my consultation last week . I had a lovely welcome from reception and the consultation was so detailed. He took every care to ensure I understood each step of the assessment and put me at ease with his kindness. I find it amazing that this service was free! It was so in depth and professional and I felt very grateful for the whole experience.

I had my first hearing test with Hearing Wales today. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The audiologist put me at ease and answered all my questions. Modern facilities and a comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Hearing Wales and thank you Sophia 🙏

Friendly and professional service, from the booking of the appointment to the ear procedure. At the appointment, the procedure was explained and I knew exactly what to expect. The issue with my ear was resolved. Have used this company twice now and will not hesitate to use them again

Sophia (audologist) introduced herself, discussed prevous visit, asked if there were any issues and explained procedure.
Very engaging, informative and communicative. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease throughout the procedure. A wholly enjoyable experience!

Very helpful and professional. Went for a free hearing test - the audiologist explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest regarding some symptoms I’d been experiencing.

Service amazing and totally professional. I was looking for a new set of surf ear plugs and they used my old impressions to get me a second set. They checked my surfers ears and set me up with the plugs. Any water sports people, go straight to them.

My hearing aids are really excellent and this annual checkup and clean is so helpful. Dead on time appointment, knowledgeable and helpful assistant, aids which are no trouble [so far] -- apart from the price what's not to like??!

Hearing wales - Newcastle Emlyn give excellent care at initial contact and again with follow ups and problems (loosing my hearing aid).

Even when you muck up their day by missing your appointment, the team at Newcastle Emlyn are absolutely fantastic. You get a good job, professionally done, with kindness and thoughtfulness. I would recommend them to anybody.

I initially got hearing aids from Hearing Wales approximately 8 years ago. These worked v. well until recently when I damaged one of them. Rather than suggest I get new aids, attempts were made to repair the damage despite their age.
A month ago l decided to get another pair. The latter have now arrived and been fitted. They are easy to use and very effective.
Throughout my dealings with the company they have always been genuinely supportive and friendly.. Visits have been made to my home whenever necessary. Both the product and the service have been excellent.

Thought I would need a hammer drill to extract it??
