Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. We ensure that our people have access to regular and ongoing training and accredited professional qualifications and we only recruit people who can demonstrate the behaviours required in our business.

The team at Heart of England Co-op Daventry are absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, whilst planning our baby girl Harriet’s funeral, we were shown nothing but compassion, patience and care. From the respect and care shown by Nathan when he came to collect her from Oxford and take her home, to the excellent communication, and dedication shown by Michelle and Sam throughout, we couldn’t have asked for better.
Every little thing we asked for was accommodated and we were never made to feel like anything was too much trouble for them. Our eldest daughter has SEN and they were also fantastic at helping her through the process, helping her to understand everything that she needed to throughout the planning process and gave her a safe, comfortable space to spend some final moments with her baby sister.
I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use co-op again if ever needed. Cannot thank them enough for everything they did to help give our baby girl the send off she deserved. Your team are an absolute credit to the company.🌹❤️

We recently arranged a prepaid funeral plan with Heart of England Co-op Funerals on Ansty Road, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion we received.
Jo came out to see us and was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely professional, kind and compassionate, and took the time to explain everything to us clearly, making sure we understood every part of the arrangements. At what can be a very difficult and emotional time, Jo’s calm and reassuring manner made such a difference.
She answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and gave us complete reassurance that everything would be taken care of and arranged exactly as we wanted.
We are so grateful to Jo for making what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more comforting. Her kindness and professionalism are a real credit to Heart of England Co-op Funerals.

Jordan was an absolute star. He helped us realise a particularly difficult final farewell with thought, respect and good humour. He's a real asset to the Co-op.

Jordan was very considerate and attentive to our wishes for our father's funeral.
He guided us through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Both he and his team made the day go as smoothly as it could.

Excellent caring service throughout by all of the team at Heart of England
The whole team at Heart of England funeral services were so considerate ,helpful, professional and kind. Michelle in particular assisted with all the necessary arrangements required for my late Dads funeral service, keeping me informed throughout. Her compassionate approach to handling of all the arrangements and then Jordan and his team for the actual funeral service and committal was just the way we wanted it. Thankyou x

Respectful Service
We were treated with respect by Janis from the moment we started the arrangements. We were taken through every part of the process and everything was explained to us really well. The funeral went ahead without any problems. All staff involved were respectful and helpful.

Very helpful, professional and considerate

All the staff were very compassionate and helpful throughout, they even took the time to open on bank holiday Monday for a visit as it was my dad’s birthday.

with all the meetings I had with the…
with all the meetings I had with the team at the co-op I was treated with compassion, friendliness, and patience. (Patience especially when getting the order of service to how I wanted it).
Because they listened and the small details they added like wearing green ties because of the irish connection the funeral went exactly how I wanted it. A big thankyou to all concerned for making what was a very distressing time a lot easier to deal with
