Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. Thanks for an outstanding service
I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and thoroughness of all the staff at the Kenpas Highway branch. After the shock of my Dad's sudden passing they explained the entire process in patient detail, after one visit I felt that everything was very much in hand. Thanks to Joyce in particular who really couldn't have been more helpful. On the day itself all the staff including Georgette who directed proceedings and the drivers and bearers were considerate and professional to a tee. Five stars from me and I would recommend them to anyone. At such a difficult time it's an immense help to have the arrangements taken care of by experts.

Great service
We were very well looked after by Karen, Tracy and their colleagues, the overall service is well organised and efficient yet at the same time considerate and sensitive to individual requirements. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault them. The service we received was excellent.
Paula was great, she was very understanding and covered everything we needed to know.
Also a big thank you to Tracey our Celebrate. She did our Mum proud.

The most reliable and professional team.
Planning funerals is never an enjoyable task but the Team at Heart of England Co-op Funerals are exceptionally talented at making it an easier process to manage. They offer a lot and when the funeral comes along they manage it with professionalism and care that allows the family to get through the moment. I can't recommend them enough they are the one company we have used on repeated occasions.

Amazing service …
The staff who supported us from start to finish were amazing. They were all so patient and understanding, nothing was ever too much to ask. Diane was so lovely and explained the process clearly but compassionately to us. Perfect Send Off for Mum
From all of us we cannot thank you enough , for making what was going to be a difficult day into a day that we will all cherish.
We would like to thank Karen from The Heart of England , Rugby , to listening to our mum’s needs and with Karen’s patience and understanding we sailed through the planning, with Karen guiding us in the right direction .
Thank you for guiding us into the hands of Tracie Bloor, the most perfect celebrant that we could have asked for. She listened most patiently and carefully to us all. She understood how we wished mom to be remembered and brought such a sincere , and personal touch to the service.
We thank Jordan, our Funeral Director for the day, for being so courteous and professional, he led the funeral proceedings with such grace.
Beautiful comments were given to us , following the service and was constantly told that Mum would have been so proud of her beautiful send off.

You’re in good hands here
We called into the branch to find out about funeral plans and were immediately made to feel welcome by Debbie, who even offered us a cup of tea. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel under any pressure.
Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout, making the whole process simple and reassuring. We would happily recommend her to anyone considering a funeral plan.

Excellent from start to finish. 10/10.
Excellent from start to finish. Michelle took care of us at the Daventry office and explained everything to us at a clear and steady pace. We never felt rushed at any point. I never realised that there was so much to be done before the funeral can go ahead but everything fell into place before the big day. Jordan and his team handled everything very professionally and allowed me to be one of the coffin bearers which was a huge privilege for me and something I will never forget. Thank you so much to everyone at H of E Co-op, Daventry.

The team at the Co op made an extremely stressful and upsetting time completely manageable - they took all the stress out of organising everything for the funeral. Special mention to Sam she really is a credit to the company - my husbands funeral went exactly according to plan and he was treated with dignity throughout the whole process. It was all very personalised and friendly
It was all very personalised they listened to what we needed and advised. The service could not of gone any better.. from the planing to the service everyone was friendly considerate and helpful. Even though I didn't what to expect or how to do the funeral the staff helped me through every step of the way.. they have my many thanks.

we live 3 hours away so found it…
we live 3 hours away so found it difficult to get to get to Rugby for meetings.
Jordan from Heart of England Co-Op Funerals made so easy for us to deal with everything over the phone and E-Mails.
He was very professional and did all the arrangements with the celebrate and the crematorium including sorting flowers for us.
Thank you Jordan for making it so easy.
