I wish I’d read reviews before buying. Ordered a part on 29th March, paid extra for next day delivery.. still not here!!! Can’t get through on the phone and no responses to emails. As if business was t difficult enough at the moment with dodgy customers not paying… you then get ripped off by suppliers. Stay well clear of these con artists.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a spare on 7/3/23 with next day delivery, money taken from account same day. 6 days later, no part delivered. Tried to contact company by landline using local and international numbers, both numbers not recognised. Have now sent email but do not hold out much hope. Credit card company informs me I have to wait 30 days to make a chargeback. Meanwhile, no heating, avoid this company like the plague

Shocking service! Ordered spare pump for my boiler, part never delivered, zero communication, had to open case with PayPal to get my refund through them as seller was unresponsive! Avoid at any cost. Not how you run an online business!

Ordered a part from this company on 6th March 2023, they took the payment and sent a confirmation email for order saying it would be delivered next working day. I have not received my order not even an email to say it has been despatched, have sent an email to them requesting a vat receipt also just sent them email stating that I have not received my order. The telephone number on their website comes up as number not recognised not sure if this company is I scam

I ordered a baxi boiler spare part on 8th Feb. Got an email saying the product is not in stock and must be ordered. Have emailed them multiple times and no reply, tried their phone number.. number doesn't even ring. Shocking customer service. I will remove this if I get a response.

I ordered a Satronic control box the price was £280 ish plus vat and postage,
It was discounted down to £220.00
So I thought it was a good bargain, when I told my customer he said go ahead, he then googled the part to find it could be bought on amazon and loads of other sites for less than £50.00, I shan't be using them anymore total rip off

Website is ideal for ordering parts for boiler (Worcester) as exploded diagram provided with parts list. Great when working with unfamiliar products. Delivery was quick after order placed.

Communication could be better. Received confirmation of order email but didn't receive anything about the order being dispatched etc.

Overall, would probably use again now that I know what to expect.

Ordered spare part. No communication. No product delivered. No answer to phone or email. I believe they are a con site.

After having problems with my boiler, I surfed the net and discovered Heating Spare Parts, also known as K.J. Plumbing Factors.
On their website was just what I needed; an electric motor priced at £51.62 which seemed reasonable.
I created an account, ordered the motor, paid with Paypal on 22nd August ....... and waited.
Several days later, whilst still enduring life without our domestic hot water, I received a refund from Paypal (from Heating Spare Parts). There was no explanation attached and no contact has since been received from Heating Spare Parts about this breach of contract.
Today, I've just checked the Heating Spare Parts website and can see that the electric motor in question is still in stock, however the price has changed from my original contract price of £51.62 to a whopping £74.82
I still await an explanation from Heating Spare Parts. The website states, 'We love to give good service at Heating Spare Parts'.
This statement is far from the truth after the dishonesty that was perpetrated upon me. It's also far from the truth about the way it has treated other potential customers ....you've only got to read the other reviews here on Trustpilot.
So, even if you are really desperate for some heating spares, (as I was), save your money and your sanity and look elsewhere.
Heating Spare Parts, (also know as K J Plumbing Factors), .....a lousy company to do business with.

Possibly the worst supplier I have ever dealt with! Order placed online, acknowledgement received stating would be dispatched as soon as possible - and then nothing! One week later still nothing - emailed asking for status, no response. Tried phoning several times - no answer. Further email after 10 working days - still no response. Had to resort to getting refund from Paypal.

Ovoid like the plague, very poor customer service, they sent me part not as advertised and refused to collect and reimburse, insisted I return item at my cost ~ Sent legal confirmation on Sale of Goods act and they still refused to even answer my e mails ~ Spoke to John Burke who said he was a director and that I had to send the item back at my cost ~ HAVE STARTED LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER COSTS

Avoid this company like the plague. Its just a fancy webpage where nothing is actually in stock. The just order from another seller, bump up the price by 30% and then pretend there is a delay in delivery. Its a scam.

I paid extra for an item for next day delivery for an item. Unfortunately I waited almost a week later to chase it up (I thought it might be delayed due to Covid), but I found an email saying that the item was a back-ordered item and would not be in stock for 5-7 days, and that if I didn't respond to this email I would receive a full refund within 72 hours - almost a week later, still no refund

If I could give Heating Spare Parts a zero I would!

Dont use these ... at all, I wish I came to trustpilot before ordering. I have had an issue with an immersion heater and nobody seem to know what I was talking about so I ordered the parts I needed really easierly from their site (the site designer should get a bonus if I dont get my refund)

After looking and being charged next day delivery I couldnt believe my luck, the parts I need and also next day delivery (which I am later to be told was a standard delivery charge! Despite the invoice saying (next day) )

So awaited my parcel the next day, no parcel arrived, and then waited the next day...no parcel, proceeded to call up "yes sir your parcel is out for delivery and should be with you by no later the 6pm" said the customer support after ringing their number 👍 great ill keep an eye out.....6pm no parcel! Ofcourse their office isn't open now I'll call tomorrow.

Called up the next day "no your parts havnt even arrived mate gonna have to order them, I can only appologies", please do bare in mind by this point I ordered the parts myself 3 days ago.

So not only have they taken money they havnt ordered the parts, they proceeded to lie to me, so I asked when will the parts be avalible "youll have them by next Tuesday or Wednesday sir." (What am I to do just live without hot water and call every heating engineer in the UK to find out the only cowboys who can deal with the immersion are Swale (refer to my review on them).)

So I let the order continue hoping to receive my parcel by Tuesday or Wednesday. I call up one last time to chase (maybe I can get a tracking number this time), "not sure who you spoke to but you won't receive these parts for another 3-5 days minimum"

They no longer are picking the phone up

Delays, lies and shoddy customer service... do not use Heating Spare Parts they are cowboys.

Required a new water tank for my boiler. Without heating so wanted it next day delivery(ordered on a Thursday before 2pm). 4 other companies I contacted all said it would be 4/5 working days. Hesitant as Trustpilot review was 2.5/5.0. However, excellent service and part arrived next day as promised. Staff were also good on the phone when my wife called to check.

Very poor service. Waiting for an item to be delivered for the third time. It is small enough to fit through my letterbox and costs £4 yet FedEx need a signature! A very inconvenient company to do business with. I'll use a different supplier in future and advise you do too.

After finding part and going to pay for it, it says "order by 3pm for next day delivery". Paid delivery charge and surprise surprise part did not turn up next day, rang company and was assured twice it was coming that day and that they couldn't provide tracking number. Rang company next day to complain and asked for refund only to be sniggered at, totally unprofessional, I d never use this company ever again. After losing my temper I was finally given a tracking number and part finally turned up.
