Heating Spare Parts Opiniones 

Ordered a boiler part we needed. Wrong item delivered to us. Informed it was wrong item code, argued with us and said it was corrrect part! When it wasn't! Refused to exchange or refund ! Total waste of £40 ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered 2 parts, one of which was out the of stock with 5-7 waiting time special order ( understandable as it was a ravenheat) after 12 days there was still no sign of them.
Phoned and was told they’d call me back- they didn’t .
14 days later again- same as above.
I sent 3 complaints/request for info emails - no reply,
3 weeks 2 more emails 2 more phone calls and nothing.
DO NOT USE THEM.

ordered 2 parts for next day delivery they never arrived so i called the company who told me they had not been sent out and that he would send them that day
i then get my money returned with no explanation
i phoned them again to ask why my money was returned to be told they had cancelled my order but they could not explain why
i now have no parts and a very pissed off customer how can you run a business in this way what a set of cowboys avoid this company

We ordered Worchester Bosch spares. Asked specifically on the phone, to Mark prior to ordering. How many in order, he checked and said 6. Bill £171.37. Order arrived, 2 in box. Rang straight away. answer phone said busy, so email. Emailed with urgency. No reply, emailed again, no reply, called said email, no reply. Finally my manager called on mobile, answered! only to be told unfortunately system not been updated, comes as 2, we can send back and get credit, but they would be out of pocket for their mistake. Sorry for incoinvenience.
Told also my emails were in house and sorry hadn't been called!!! Very poor service......................

I ordered a spare part for a boiler from this company because they were the cheapest i could find. I expected the worst when i read the reviews on here a day later. I need not have worried. The item arrived the next day as promised and was exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. First class service !

Needed a pressure relief valve for my boiler, the first one that I received was different from the one on the boiler; nobodies fault. I contacted Heating Spare Parts and they explained the part I had was for a later version of my boiler and instructed me how to ensure that I got the correct part or my boiler and they emailed me details on how to return the incorrect part. I followed their instructions and received the correct part the following day and a refund for the incorrect part that I returned.

Please read the past reviews, dont use this Company..ordered part on a Tuesday for next day deliver.. didnt arrived told it would the next day.. and guess what told lost in transit, but they could reorder but it would be Monday... waste of space not very helpful.. no heating on the coldest nights...

Please dont order from this company. I have had a really bad experience with them. I really regret ordering with them. I.m still waiting for a responce from them. Taken my money 3 weeks ago and have no part. My customer has been hounding me every day, for the part i ordered. It embarrassing and frustrating.

your wasting your time ordering from this company. Ordered some parts over three weeks ago but still no show or no information where they are or when I can expect them. ,I've a hotel without hot water so it's important I get the parts quickly. the only thing heating parts have done is taken my money. They haven't contacted myself or replied to my messages. They have a phone number that costs 50 pence per minute on EE. (WHY) no email saying why no parts, they don't answer their own messaging system.
There's other companies out there that can perform. I've had to go to my bank to retrieve the money they have taken. Terrible service in todays busy times

Spent 2 weeks trying to find Glowworm heatexchager everyone told me it was obosolet the boiler is 20 years old but contact HSP they got back to my suprise up and running big thanks to Jack

I ordered a part for an ideal .
Paid next day delivery .
Got it 4 days later .
And it was broken I have been trying to contact these clowns for a week now and had no response .would you use them????

Terrible company. Ordered a part showing next day delivery. Cancelled with my local supplier as I needed it sooner than he could supply. After planning around delivery I got a message the next day saying part out of stock 5+ day lead time.
I hate companies that say they have a product in stock then order it in once they've got your money.

The only thing they did right was to return my money reasonably quickly.

DON'T USE

Awful company and awful service levels. Ordered a part for Saturday delivery, cost me £20. They say it was delivered Thursday, 5 days later (it wasn't). They will not refund the delivery even though the part was not delivered on the day required.

Unbelievable service ordered 12 parts in all instock got them the next-day

Absolute Shambles of a company! Very poor communication no response to emails or phone calls. Paid for next day delivery still waiting five days later! Finally managed to get hold of a very helpful member of staff at their parent company - KJ Plumbing Factors - 0161 797 5222 who managed to track down my order which was in transit with DPD.
Good price, very very poor communication!

Very disappointing, 1 week after part was suppose to be delivered still waiting. Numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone no replies. Don't know if I will get the part urgently required to fix boiler or if I can get my money back.
Wish I had read the reviews then would have not placed order, eg:
'What a shambles', 'Disappointing Communications', 'No reply', 'It seems the only thing they excel at is taking peoples money'

What a shambles of an outfit Paid £6.95 Plus vat for next day delivery on an item still waiting 3 days later for the part.No response to either Emails or Phone calls As someone else said if only they were as quick in their responses as they are having your money.Thank goodness I only spent £30.00 I don't hold out much hope in getting my money back. Just a final update after numerous unanswered messages and phone calls I managed to root out an associated number for KJ Plumbing factors who to my relief arranged a refund.Thanks to the guy who took my call and arranged refund.I would still avoid.A lucky escape

Placed an order on a Sunday, realised within an hour I no longer needed them, emailed them to ask for a cancellation, no response, tried calling the following day, no response, tried emailing that night to cancel again, no response, tried calling three times the next day no response, only to find they have processed the order anyway. Pointless having email and telephone if you don't answer it.

Edit: I've edited this review to score a little higher based on the fact that my refund was processed quickly,in the hope that this was a genuine mistake on their part

Ordered spare part for gas fire 11th November as it was the cheapest I could find on the internet as the fire is no longer manufactured.Advised part would be sent as soon as possible.16th November I sent an email asking when it was likely to be sent out - no response.Yesterday 24th November I sent another email asking for confirmation of despatch date and requesting if the part was not available for a refund ,as a back up I also tried ringing their listed telephone number-03330063675 but after 6 failed attempts to speak with anyone and trying all options of `track order`, `returns`,`new order` or being able to leave a voice message as their `in box` was full I gave it 1 last shot and did manage to speak to a very helpful guy who told me the part was unavailable until at least January next year-I asked for a full refund which he said he would arrange for and Hey Presto this morning I have had an email conformation from Paypal saying money has been returned.
Whilst it is extremely frustrating not getting any response to emails and not being able to easily contact a person I give the benefit of the doubt as most companies are running with less staff that normal.
Point of maybe interest is that the payment when taken was paid to K.J.Plumbing Factors& Heating Spares Ltd who are based in Bury and their tele No is 01617975222.
