good result in the end
I had problems because I in error ordered the wrong part, however after speaking to them they agreed to take the part back with a 25% charge for taking it back into stock
so overall a very good service and result for me

What a find this place is!
What a find this place is. For pool plumbing and heating they have the knowledge and the stock. I was looking for help with our above ground pool and local suppliers have been a little bit sniffy to be honest but this team just gave me all the right advice, the correct measurements and the right stock nearly next day. Thank you

Purchased duratec heat pump ext lead…
Purchased duratec heat pump ext lead kit,arrived promptly,unfortunately the lead supplied was incorrect for the unit I had, however liaising with their technical department sorted the right one for this model(3 different types produced for this year of manufacture!).
Correct lead supplied.

Excellent company to deal with
I bought an Endless Pool Fastlane unit from this business. They were hugely knowledgeable about the product and provided excellent advice prior to and after the sale.
I had a bit of difficulty getting the accompanying App working properly but this was resolved via a short video call with an Endless Pool engineer.
I confess I was pretty nervious spending a very large amount of money with a business I had never dealt with before but I'm more than happy I chose to use them. Recommended.
