Usman was really helpful and promptly helped with my enquiry. Always helpful when ever we need him.

We have used Hello Report for the last couple of years since moving from a previous Inventory company and I have to say there response time to any requirement we have had has been nigh on instantaneous. Shout out to Usman who always goes above and beyond to resolve issue's fast.

we have worked with Hello report for the last two months. I have no bad comments to make regarding their services or the platform. if we have had any concerns or require assistance they are on it from the start.

Awful system. I've used this when moving into two properties, and both times it hasn't let me submit any disputes to the property.

I submit all the photos of my disputes and get to the final page, and it just says 'submitting' for hours. Tried this multiple times and got the same issue.

Obviously just a scam so you can't dispute anything and get stung at the end of your tenancy when you try and get your deposit back.

Poor customer service as well. He tried to tell me that it was my 'wifi speeds' when I have over 450Mbps upload speeds.

Firstly the team is great, the product is great, makes it nice and easy to produce inventories, check outs and inspections. But the team behind the software does the real work and a special shout out to my main man Usman, who is forever having to deal with me requesting older archieved documents. top tier all round.

We have been using HelloReport for 2 years now and found it to be an excellent tool when composing inventories, inspection reports and check out reports. It is easy to use and can be modified to suit individual requirements. The support team have always been available on the few times we have needed to contact them, with any issues resolved quickly. They have been especially helpful in obtaining reports from the previous system when required with an almost immediate response. I would highly recommend the team and the use of HelloReport.

Such a great product and coupled with the best customer service - Genuinely has made managing property inspections so much easier. Very easy to create custom reports to your own requirements, using a simple templates. Our customers love the fresh new look too.

This product is fantastic- its so adaptable to make personal for your business, its really intuitive and user friendly. its completely streamlined our process and has had a huge time saving benefit. The only thing better than the app is the service, Damian is very approachable, explained everything really well and is very responsive.

We use HelloReport and I had an issue with having deleted something. I contacted the Help Desk at HelloReport and within an hour the issue was fixed. Usman was very helpful, kept me informed and completed the query. Fab service, thanks.

We have been using HelloReport for just over a year and have found the system easy to use and great for inspections, inventories and checkouts. On the odd times we have encountered any issues they have solved them very quickly and are always very nice and easy to deal with. We would recommend them to any agents looking to make their lives easier.

Really simple and effective app and the team are always quick and helpful when responding to questions.

Although only a small and infrequent user, the level of support and help that was given tells me all I need to know about this organisation, all customers count and are valued not by the size of their property portfolio they manage, but because they matter !
