The gift I bought for my wife arrived on time and when Zoe said it would. The jewellery itself looks exactly like it does in the picture. The Christmas gift wrapping is really good value and probably under priced in comparison to other retailers. I really liked the fact the message I asked to come with the gift was hand written also.

Absolutely rubbish! Never received the pendant and necklace on time. I ordered for next day delivery and a day later still have not received it. And the shop has stopped responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. The products are unique but not worth the stress and hassle. The most horrible experience!

I am disappointed with the lack of tracking updates. There has been no update since Sunday (my time). I was hoping to have more up to date tracking. I ordered these for my bestie for her 50th, and was hoping they would be here for her bday. I knew there was a chance they wouldn’t be, based on the original shipping estimate, but was hoping for better updates to give me a better idea of if they would be here in time.
