I have used Heron a few times now based on the recommendation of my brother. The team are brilliant especially Aidan who arranged the mortgage on my new house purchase. The calls on MS teams really helped me to understand the rates offered on the market via the sharing of the screen. Aidan illustrated various scenarios e.g. if the mortgage term was 30yrs or 35yrs and how that impacts the amount payable per month. I also found it easy to ask any questions, Aidan takes the time to follow up in another call once the mortgage offer have been received. Thanks to Zara aswell for checking on the progress of the mortgage and completion dates for the house purchase. Always have a positive experience with Heron and would recommend their services!
