This really does work. It easily removed skin tags with no scarring, and even effectively removed seborrheic keratosis. It’s good value for money and saves £££ on private dermatologist appointments.

I originally ordered the HexoPad as a Christmas present for my wife, and it got lost in transit. I reached out to the company and Mikkel, customer service, helped me track down my order and assisted in getting a replacement sent to the correct location. Customer Service is amazing. The HexoPad looks and feels a little cheap, but my wife truly enjoys it and uses it often.

It was here in a timely fashion and product was a good quality!

Product exceeded my expectations for the price. My disabled daughter had a lot of plaque buildup on her bottom front teeth and after 4, 5 minute treatments it was all gone. My only complaint was with the directions which were poorly translated. When I first turned it on I didn't think it was working. It doesn't do anything until you actually touch it to your teeth. The stainless dental picks and mirror were a bonus.

I ordered arch supports to correct some misalignment with my knees and hip (resulting in some pain) in exercise walking. The product was slow in arriving, but customer service was diligent in keeping me informed.
The product arrived and seems to be adequate; not of exceptional quality, but it was cheaper than the inserts I buy at a running store. I cannot yet attest to their efficacy, because I have only used them for a month. I am hopeful.

Alles komt inderdaad uit China , heb zelfs nog drie euro betaald voor het verwerken binnen 24 uur .
Het kwam vier weken later pas binnen

Mijn ervaring met Hexocare is ronduit slecht. Op de website wekt het bedrijf de indruk dat het om een betrouwbaar, Europees merk gaat, maar in werkelijkheid komen de producten gewoon uit China.
Toen ik het product wilde retourneren, bleek dat ik het op eigen kosten naar China moest opsturen. Die verzendkosten zijn zo hoog dat retourneren eigenlijk geen optie is. In plaats daarvan kreeg ik te horen dat ik het product maar mocht houden en slechts 20% van het aankoopbedrag terug zou krijgen. Dat voelt niet eerlijk en zeker niet klantvriendelijk.
Kortom: misleidende informatie, slechte service en geen fatsoenlijke retourregeling. Ik raad Hexocare absoluut niet aan.

Hexocare customer service is truly the best. They kept me updated from the beginning of my purchase to when it was to be delivered. The ankle brace is the most supportive one I have found thus far, assisting in stabilizing my ankle to prevent any further rolling or injury. Thank you to all who assisted me and thanks Hexocare for your great product.

I ordered the hexocare full body massager but received the hexocare neck massager. I inquired with customer service because I thought I received the wrong item. The customer service rep. explained that these were the same items and I had received the item in old packaging. Since the neck massager was priced at $19.99, not the $29.99 I paid, I requested $10 credit, which they issued. Overall, besides the item confusion, customer service was responsive and worked well with me. My wife has yet to try the massager so I can't yet comment on how it works

I found the customer support that I received during the product ordering and deliver process outstanding. The shoes are nice and look great. Unfortunately, the location of my sister's hammer toe condition made the slightly uncomfortable. We are attempting to stretch the outer rim to make them more comfortable

Took over a month for my order to come but besides that all else was fine.

The delivery was delayed due to logistical issues. Hexo Care promised a new delivery at no cost and a 20% discount on future orders. However, the first delivery still arrived. Hexo Care is trying to intercept the new delivery. If that doesn't work, I can still keep the product. What great support!

It took a long time for my order to be delivered but the friendly customer service people were very helpful in updating the tracking number. I really appreciated that.

The Hexoloupe LED headlight glasses were just what I needed for my medical device design development for close inspection while getting full use of my hands for handling small physical parts. Great product

The product seems okay. My main issue was the time it took to get it. I didn't know it would take so long to come from China when I ordered it.

Works great and was exactly what we were looking for.
