Everything ran smoothly indeed , from an initial call by an advisor to courtesy calls , the course was carried out professionally by all the instructors over Zoom , 7 hours training for 5 days for me , a link to zoom and a Certificate of the days module sent daily, I did enjoy the course and would highly recommend Enterprise thank you

HGV training network have given me an excellent service from beginning to end. My handler Richard Allen was extremely professional, friendly, and helped me throughout the whole process in order to achieve my Class 2 licence. If you want to pursue getting your HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence these guys are the ones to go to. The whole process took about 5-6months but I'm now a qualified driver as of June 2023, and ready to hit the road and start working.

They took care of everything for me and that allowed me to pass my theory tests and driving test first time.

Fantastic company. Passed first time. I worked hard with the theory side of things and used their training guide to get me through the test. I used that and passed everything. Then passed my test first time around. Great company and everyone I dealt with at training network was amazing. Big shout out to Richard who went above and behind to help me and give advice. I been delivering pizza in a car for more than a year and decided to change career so in some way I am confident to say that I know how to drive but here it comes. Richard is who convinced me to book my Class 2 training with them thinking it's a Company that train people to achieve their licences but figured out later on , it's just an agency that booked my training with another company I never heard off and for wich I was charged the ammount of £ 3200 while many other companies charge much less actually nearly a Grand less wich clearly they didn't want to tell me about . Their resit a test price is £ 550 while many other schools charge less than £ 400 to resit the driving test. I passed my parking maneuver , all the theory tests + the Professional competence practice test whit their help but in terms of the actual onroad driving test I failed it although they told me that many people fail and go to pass with them first time ..
The hours of training I got were 20 and I did drive quite a lot during the hours but I failed with 2 major and 7 minor faults wich speaks about how much ready I was for my test . In the end of the day it's me who failed my test not my instructor who was really good teacher but I still believe I was overcharged + promised resault was not delivered. I have over 4 million views on my reviews on Google maps so I believe that giving them only 1 star is something that I'm competent of doing .
The examiner given me a fail so I give fail to them as well .

I initially was on the hunt for a decent HGV training company in 2021 and made an enquiry with the HGV Training Network (spoke to Chris) but wasn't sure if I wanted to purse with driving so waited. Fast forward two years later I contacted Chris via email on the off chance he would remember me - he did! A massive thank you to Chris and Richard for their dedication and help, quality sales experience from Chris and encouraging support and advice from Richard. I would most definitely recommend HGV Training Network for anyone that wants to take a realistic approach and manage their expectations to becoming a fully qualified HGV driver - which I now am! Great would guys.

i went through this company as acquiring my class 2 hgv license was very daunting. they made it really easy and i felt supported all the way. spoke mainly with Richard and he's a really friendly bloke. it is more expensive doing it this way but if your nervous or unsure then I absolutely recommend.
