It’s been more than a year. I’ve been demanding a refund of over £1000, which they just will NOT issue. They promised to refund everything after my tickets got cancelled, which was a lie. They then said they’ll give me £1000 in credit, which they then refused to give, just a major SCAM

This company is not legit. They will take your money and not give you your tickets. it is better to book from a reputable source. They take advantage of African customers and use false reviews with West African sounding names to appeal to people who spend thousands going back home to Ghana and Nigeria etc.

You wll not get your money back or your ticket. Save yourself the hassle. This company is a company full of scammers. Aryan especially is a nasty piece of work.

I felt very welcome by Aryan, the travel experts over phone, especially by Olivia, so knowledgeable, friendly & polite. On other occasions I use other companies, but I will definitely be booking again with Oilivia, the booking process was so easy especially their 3 instalment package plan.

I had written a negative feedback below for not receiving my refund from Hifive which I had waited for over 4months. Following my feedback I received a call from Hifive demanding for me to pull down my negative feedback before they can refund me, they reported that it was their policy. The conversation was recorded so I have evidence. It’s unethical and immoral for Hifive to attempt to gag members of the public life myself who have worked extremely hard for my money only to be cheated, swindled and defrauded by Hifive. Please thread with caution, I’m sure that most of the positive feedbacks are written by Hifive employees. Do not buy from Hifive they are fraudsters.

Experience for booking a China Trip was amazing, Aryan helped me decide which flight I should take due to the tough schedule of my job routine. The time was managed very well and price was amazing. I highly recommend Aryan to get excellent experience of Customer Service, and Yes the ticket was issued with in 30 minutes of paying the amount.

I have booked a Korea trip in July through Hi5tickets, this was my first time. The service has been excellent and everything has been explained thoroughly including the whole itinerary which has been created to according to our requirements. Big shout out to Jia and Aryan who have been dedicated to make our dream holiday come true. I got the refund at first as trip was cancelled but later on I rebooked and got exceptional care for my trip.

You guys are stilll bunch of liars. Show me where on Royal Air maroc where they said middle name is compulsory. Do you guys think this is my first time of flying. You waited for two months before you knew i didnt include my middle name. I still have all your mails and i will post it here for everyone to see who you people really are.

You are messing with the wrong person.

You even lied you asked me for the name, show me the prove and stop all the lies. Upon all the negative reviews, you people are still coming out to defend your incompetent attitude. People now know you for who your company is.

Middle name is never compulsory and the airline even comfrimed it, even google will tell you the same or maybe you people know more than the airline itself.

So if you claim you asked me for the middle name and i never replied, how come it never came up until when i wanted to make the last installment after two months. You give people non genuine excuses and ripe people off their hard earned money

Show me that proof where you asked for my middle name severally.

Do you even know how many times i have booked tickets with agents who never even asked for any copy of my passport. All they needed was my details. If you people dont know how to handle business you can close up. If truly you claim you asked for my details and i wasnt replying, why dint you people call me but you come online and start lying about it.

Even when i wanted to pay the second installment, took you people 4 days to send a link to pay, i had to keep messaging severally up to about 5 times before you people replied so how come the middle name was never mentioned.

If you people dont stop the lie, i will post all the mail conversations from beginning to end so people can see the prove of everything. I hate people that go about lying and deceiving others.

I ended up booking the ticket with another 3rd party who never even asked for the middle name or a copy of my passport and you are here still arguing and telling me what is not. The only mandatory name is your first and last name. You people should learn and stop the argument. If you people dont stop all this argument, i will go on and keep exposing all what you guyz did wrong.

Stop this nonsense and stop arguing. When it says given name, its not mandatory to add your middle name. If you dont understand english, go back to school and learn. On my passport my middle name is written beside my first name. So jst because it is written beside it does that mean its my first name? Also, you had to wait till after 2 months before asking me for middle name. You have been into the business for a while so you people dont know the necessary details from the first time I submitted. You are very funny. A ticket i ended up booking and travelled and came back with another agency without even sending a copy of my passport or adding any middle name. You are all bunch of jokers

Aryan, I stand by what I said that your company is a scam. I have all the emails and chats to prove and so I do not understand what lies you are referring to when you say you have done your investigations.
I would not recommend your company to anyone!

Completed my Umrah

Due to lots of financial hurdles, had the dream to perform the Umrah, they made this happen. Never new that I can pay them in3 instalments and can complete the tour of Holy Land. I really appreciate the way I was guided and sponsored to complete my tour, may you guys be blessed.

I've read lot of people comments but that is not true, i booked a flight and paid only 2 Instalments and paid the 3rd one after my travel was completed. Shiza warned me that if I don't pay the remaining amount an action will be taken against me, which is right if I am travelling and not paying the amount while I am buying tickets on instalment.

Many people I think don't understand how pay now or ticket purchase in installments work.

Great experience so far.

Scam scam scam this company or pple is a big scam I repeat do not have any business with them. I am going to report you guys to the authority if I don't have my refund you can't not eat my money and go free I work do hard for money

Avoid booking through Hi5 at all costs!

We booked flights to travel for our friends wedding in the autumn and had paid almost £2000 towards our flights already to then have them cancelled by Hi5 without communication as we had accidentally missed one of our payments.

When we tried to contact them they either offered to rebook the ticket for well over double the price we had originally agreed upon or give us an £80 refund. Since then they said we could use the money we’ve paid towards other flights.

We’ve rang several times to try and book alternative flights using our credit but have received no answer or calls back.

Please avoid using this company to book your flight tickets, it’s not worth the frustration or cost.

I booked a flight worth £8,000 through Hi5Tickets and paid nearly £2,000 upfront based on their promise that I could pay the rest in bi-monthly instalments. Everything seemed fine until I was 3 days late on a payment and suddenly, my entire booking was cancelled with no warning, no grace period, and no proper communication.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, they’ve now offered me just £85 back. Out of nearly £2,000 I paid, that’s all they think is fair? It’s a complete scam.

Their agent Aryan completely misled me, and once the money was taken, he was dismissive and unhelpful. No professionalism, no accountability. Just excuses.

This company operates on dishonest tactics and takes advantage of people. Missing a payment by 3 days should not result in losing thousands of pounds, especially without any proper notice or attempt to resolve things.

Avoid Hi5Tickets at all costs. I’m sharing this so others don’t get trapped the way I did.

If you are reading this, very likely you are in the same doubtful position I was when I was about to use this company for my flight tickets. How I wish I followed my gut instincts, how I wish I didn’t give myself the headache, stress, financial loss and heartache by using Hi5tickets.

Using them cost me £1000 loss, they promised tickets, I paid 2 instalments and when it was time for the final instalment and to receive my tickets they came up with an excuse that the airline cancelled the flights which was a lie (airline confirmed flight is still flying). They then said they can provide me another ticket if i paid them £1928 more than initial agreed price.

Save your time, your money and most importantly protect your mental health. Don’t bother.. or you’ll end up regretting it. Just like I did!

P.s: I have evidence of chats, emails and recorded phone calls of all I went through with Aryan/Hi5 tickets. I expect a likely defence/reply which will be.. this is a fake review! Well it is NOT.. I am a real human with a 100% true review, who just made a a really stupid mistake patronising this sham company and hopefully saving you from doing same!

The fact that they offer 3 easy instalments to pay for the flights is convenient. Aryan Khan I would like to thank for handling and arranging flights for our umrah trip and then our trip to Pakistan. A courtesy call from Sameer to add to this to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I would highly commend these two people from the Team. Well done Guys!

Hi guys please avoid this company at all costs . It's all a scam they provide fake promises and fake links . I booked a holiday to Turkey marmaris. I gave them the initial payment they said 2 payments are left to pay when trying to make the Second payment the link didn't work . I have tried to call them and when eventually getting through they said our links work it isn't our fault . I called them on the day I received the link but for the whole day they said they would send the link again which they didn't. I called multiple times and they ignored my calls the next day they said we can't honour this price as the payment link expired. Despite numerous calls about this link not working they ignored my calls . Now the next day they tried to charge me more for the same tickets. My original flight price was for £976.89 now for the same flights they are charging £1795.65 !!!!!!! Please stay away from this company at all costs
