The agents are highly deceptive "bait-and-switch" ticketing scam operated by Ticketfinderz.co.uk. The agency targets consumers actively searching for flights online, cold-calls them with competitive offers, and extracts an upfront deposit under false pretences. Once payment is secured, the company fabricates airline booking errors or sudden price hikes to demand extortionate additional fees. If the consumer refuses, the agency declines to honour the original agreement, cancels the booking without consent, and retains the deposit.

This is a completely customer service failure, but a coordinated pattern of corporate fraud. Multiple consumers report identical experiences: receiving unsolicited calls from Ticketfinderz while browsing flights, paying a hidden, non-refundable upfront deposit, and being subjected to immediate high-pressure demands for more money under the threat of losing their initial deposit.

They are bunch of scammers, Trust me you will fight them and then fight the bank to get your money back.. Avoid them at all cost!

DON'T PAY THEM DEPOSIT, THEY DONT RESERVE YOUR TICKETS. USESLESS SET OF PEOPLE. IF WE CAN MASSIVELY REPORT THEM TO POLICE AND COMPANY HOUSE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING AT ALL.

Paid £300 for a "quote" which they lied and said it was a deposit on my flight tickets which is why i booked. They said total balance had to be paid by beginning of June which gave me 3 months but after 2 weeks then requested for balance immediately! Ignored my messages and calls after i asked for a refund and told me the flight I was told they booked me on was no longer available and if I wanted it I'd have to pay more. I was told they will show proof they had booked the flights through British Airways but they couldn't deliver the proof instead agent got rude and defensive. Overall terrible service and I'm £300 down with no flights!!
