Bought a personal CD player. The information on website was very good , the service and the delivery was very fast, so all in all a big thumbs up 👍

The item is a nice combination of proper retro system with the added bluetooth capability so "modern tech" is still compatible.

Having placed my order, I realised that I had ordered the wrong model. I contacted the sales department and received a reply from Mark who advised me to re-order the correct model and further advised that a refund for the original order would be given. Unfortunately due to an error on my part, I re-ordered from a different company. Mark telephoned me immediately and assisted me in rectifying my error.
I cannot thank Mark enough for his courtesy, kindness and help during this process.
My new order, The Phoenix model, has arrived and the refund for my original order has been made.

Arrived ok but on the first track - and it was sounding good just packed up!! Really disappointed- will try another manufacturer as this quality for the money is not acceptable.

My order was received in good time in well packaged box. All was as expected. I had reason to contact the Company in advance of the delivery and my response was swift and positive.

I've found this company to be very helpful. We have had two faulty Steepletone products - not the retailers fault but they have been really helpful in liasing with the manufacturer to get things resolved. Mark has been polite and reasurring and I would use them again, just wouldn't buy another Steepletone product.

Came when promised hifi works well and sounds nice

Ordered the Camden and wasn't disappointed it arrived very well packaged and unbelievably easy to set up, sound quality is fantastic, I'm loving my record player. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this amazing bit of kit.

The product itself (Steepletone Boston XP 5-in-1 hifi) is great so far, although record player could be improved with a simple lever to lift the needle arm, to avoid manual lifting.
However the service and delivery from Home Hi-Fi Systems was awful, one mess up after another. First they sent the completely wrong order (despite the unit name being cleared displayed on the outside of the box), then asking me if i'd be willing to accept this wrong unit. After advising they'd arrange collection of the wrong unit and posting of the correct one this wasn't done for a few days, then resulted in 3 days waiting in for failed collections/deliveries, particularly as the 'couriers' decided to send it in the wrong direction to the other end of the country. Total farce.

Quick delivery. Pleased with all of the features on the hi-fi system. No trouble with the DAB radio, or CDs skipping (which other people have commented don’t work for them). The free gift arrived separately the following day from delivery. Reliable make. Good value for the money. I’d definitely recommend the Steepletone Hi-fi.

Purchased this record player after comparing it with other makes, sound is excellent, delivery very fast, easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this product.

where do i start i was supposed to have a free gift with this unit no go ! contacted the supplier never replyed
the unit tends to skip at the end of tracks on cd not all but its very irritating which i had not bought this unit my old one was far superior have lost interest in playing anything else total waste of money

My hi fi arrived in great condition and on time, I honestly think that my old vinyls have never sounded so clear the sound quality is very good.
All in all a fantastic purchase.
